Great place to stay overnight near the city. The hostess was very kind to us despite our late arrival and gave us great recommendations. We were lucky to see plenty of wallabies, amazing! I highly recommend it.

Small green haven.

Very convenient location for nights out locally or in Cairns city. A small green haven.
Very lovely host. Beautiful view over a wetland teeming with life.
Some neighbouring construction- did not affect us at all.
So many wallabies to be seen at night. As we drove in after dusk we saw dozens of them grazing. So special.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Alex was super friendly and accommodating.
It was great for the purpose of purpose trip.
My only feedback would be considering how residential it is, a toilet facility of some sort would be ideal. However, we knew that there wasn't any prior to booking so this wasn't a issue.

We had a lovely stay here. It was very quiet at night. The gate was locked at night so we felt very safe. It was very nice watching the wallabies across the paddock adjacent to our site and listening to the bird life. Alex was lovely and very accommodating. It isn’t far from the cbd but far enough out to enjoy the peacefulness of a semi rural setting.
