This land "declaration" is a mostly forested 1.4 acre piece of land that borders the Mascoma River. While civilization (Enfield and Canaan, NH) is only minutes away, there are plenty of trees for some privacy, and a good driveway and an electrical hookup for an RV. There is also a campfire/tent area. Note no potable water supply or toilet as of yet on the property.
Nearby are many activities for those who love the outdoors. Most of the surrounding area is forested and sparsely populated. Goose Pond and Mascoma Lake are just minutes away, offering swimming and boating and fishing. The Appalachian Trail and upper Valley trail networks are nearby. Skiing in the winter.This mostly wooded 1.4 acre lot borders the Mascoma River in Canaan, New Hampshire. The surrounding area is typical for New Hampshire: mostly forested, somewhat rocky, and sparsely populated with many outdoor activities available. Goose Pond and Mascoma Lake are just minutes away with boating, swimming, and fishing, although you can also swim in Mascoma River on site. Hiking trails via the Upper Valley Trail Alliance and the Appalachian Trail network are also nearby. Several skiing locations and cross-country skiing are available nearby in winter.

this is a great spot. Super private. We were not able to stay as our 36 foot long camper fit but wouldn't get level. This is no fault to the person with the site, and I'd gladly go back with a shorter camper or even a tent.
