Sandy Valley Ranch offers a delightful escape with its cozy accommodations and welcoming hosts, Sandi and Rob. Whether you're staying in a tipi or a tiny home, guests appreciate the well-maintained facilities and the chance to experience the outdoors with modern comforts. The ranch's serene environment, stargazing opportunities, and the presence of friendly animals add to the charm. However, a few visitors noted the need for better maintenance in certain areas.
Loved sleeping in the Tipi- it was so cosy and warm. The bed was super comfortable and the tipi is bigger than you might expect. Lovely little kitchen & open shower too.
We loved staying at Sandy Valley Ranch in the tipi. It was a unique stay with all the amenities one would need to be comfortable. The tipi was perfect for 2 adults and we slept well. The outdoor kitchen and campfire cooking tools were more than enough for a glamper to make a meal. The facilities were close and clean. The valley is the real star of the show with incredible sunrises, sunsets and night skies. Thank you for sharing your ranch with us.
It was a great place to see the sunset and sunrise! I loved having the animals and took the best trail ride right from the ranch. The hummingbird had all the basics I needed. The signs to the camp were great, as I came in after dark and had no problem finding it.
A lovely stay in a beautiful and cozy setup. We were worried we might be chilly as temps weren’t too high, but the site was well equipped with heated blankets, extra blankets, and a space heater. The hosts also responded very promptly when the propane tank for the space heater had run empty. We also loved the outdoor shower and kitchen. Overall a great spot to stay, and a great experience spending time on the ranch and in the nearby town!
The tee pee was really cool, our kids (5 and 9 yo) loved the adventure! We enjoyed the fire pit and the stars at night. Very peaceful, remote and a fun experience for us all. We did bring an air mattress for the kids and extra bedding as well.
Such a cute cozy little spot we felt very welcomed and every question we had was answered very promptly. Everyone on site was super friendly and just a great much-needed little getaway just outside of town.
