Learn more about this land: This spot is in between our barn of 40+ chickens and our 4 happy, friendly cows and our large vegetable garden. Non bird friendly dogs are NOT welcome as our chickens, our dogs named Bill, Clyde and Gus, and 3 super friendly cats are free range on our property. We are located a few minutes from downtown Belgrade, 15 minutes from downtown Bozeman, minutes to fishing, kayaking, paddling, floating on several rivers and 90 miles from Yellowstone Park which you can easily do day trips to if not wanting to bring your campers through the chaos of traffic. Campers staying more than 3 days get a dozen fresh eggs. Otherwise, they are available for sale.

The minibus was just what we needed while passing through town. We decided to stay for 2 nights so that we could go to Yellowstone and it was definitely worth it! We enjoyed watching the chickens and 2 dogs (Gus and Clyde) very much. Over all it was very charming!

The bus is so cute, and the bed comfortable! I wish I had been able to stay longer than just the time it took to sleep…😅 Emily was so friendly and the roosters were a charming wake up call.

A very lovely site with soothing views, easy access to power and potable water. Communication was stellar and we enjoyed the farm life during our one night stay!

We had a short stay here but it was everything we needed. Easy to get in and out, set up was a breeze, love that there was 30 amp service! There is some farm activity so it might not fit if you’re looking for quiet solitude, but that didn’t bother us. We loved the dogs and the chickens and appreciated Emily sharing her vegetable garden!

The bus was really cute and through bed was very comfortable. I appreciated how the let us check in late and set everything up for us. Be aware that the stove and sink are not hooked up and don't work - when we brought this up they gave us a little propane grill to use which was nice. I also remember the listing saying "happy cows" which is part of why I booked it. When I asked where they were and if I could go see them, they said that they went to the freezer. So definitely not happy cows, if that matters to you too. Besides that, it was a good experience.

We had a great stay with Emily, the services were easy and perfectly acceptable for our class A motorhome. A peaceful setting, stunning sunset, friendly chickens (!) and even fresh vegetables that Emily kindly let us pick. Close to Bozeman, a nice town and a fab lake for kayaking and river for tubing. Thanks for having us.
