Romantic
Recent Hipcampers say this Hipcamp is romantic.
We have one acre of paradise. With a well used fire pit, a chicken coop, warm beautiful outdoor shower, a gorgeous view of the stars at night and a safe place to rest your bones.
A great spot if you are planning to visit the green or black sand beaches near by or Volcano National Park which is a 45 minute drive.Aloha Friends,
String up a hammock in the Christmas Berry or pitch a tent on the lawn. We have lots of space, sky and ocean breezes, delicious Ka’u water and stars blanket the sky.
Outdoor warm shower behind the house provided. The toilet is a camp style bucket in the woods (so don’t come with high expectations). I also ask that you take your waste with you and dispose of it yourself.
We are dog people. So friendly dogs and their people are welcome. If you are lost you may find yourself here.

Not many ammenties. You get a corner of grass to park and pitch a tent. Did not get to the shower since it was pouring rain all evening and night. A bit pricy for what you get but I guess this is the Big island tax. Hosts seemed nice and respond quickly

Lindsey & Kahula have a beautiful, cozy nook in the Southern tip of the Big Island. Lindsey was a warm and helpful host who met us and showed us around when we arrived. This was a peaceful and private site with a really lovely & steaming hot outdoor shower. Thankful for the hospitality and such an incredible experience at Lindsey's site. This was our favorite campsite of the trip ❤️ Mahalo Lindsey!

Lindsey was a very kind host. This was a great spot to camp and look at other things around the area.
