    This level, back-in RV lot at the beautiful Citrus Valley RV Resort backs onto the main pond and has full hookups (including 15,30 and 50 AMP electricity) for your use. Bring your own RV and enjoy all the amenities of this resort, which is a 20-minute drive to Disney World! You can enjoy the resort pool, use the exercise room, do your laundry, watch the fountain light up at night, and listen to the distant fireworks. This is a quiet, all-ages gated community that welcomes up to 6 guests and 2 pets on each lot. Please note that this rental is for the lot only and does not include any outdoor furniture, the RV pictured, or the shed. Private internet is now provided through secure WIFI. Resort Rule: "Recreational Vehicle shall mean and refer to an RVIA approved unit with a minimum size of one hundred (100) square feet containing plumbing facilities, including toilet, bath or shower and kitchen sink, all connectable to sewerage and water facilities." Cassette toilets are not permitted in Citrus Valley. **Please book in advance and allow at least 72 hours to allow time for the office manager to prepare a gate code in time for your arrival.This level and angled back-in waterfront RV lot is located near Four Corners in Florida and is about a 20 minute drive to the Magic Kingdom. There are full hook-ups including 15/30/50 AMP outlets, potable water and a sewer connection. The shower house is a one minute walk away. The main pool is available for all guests and the playground at the clubhouse will keep children entertained. There is access to a small library, laundry facilities (quarters only), shuffleboard, an exercise room, fenced dog area and dumpsters all within walking distance. This is a gated RV resort community and is only suitable for those looking for a peaceful and very quiet stay. The lot backs onto the main pond for a serene relaxing experience. Fall asleep to the soothing sound of the water fountain after listening to the distant fireworks in Walt Disney World. Please note that this site is empty and guests will need to bring any chairs or tables they wish to use. Tents are not permitted at this resort (this includes screen houses such as clams or pop-up shade tents). The RV and shed in the photos are not included in this rental. Please enjoy your own RV and equipment during your visit. Guests will be required to check in at the main office at Citrus Valley Resort. A guest/renter's form will be emailed to gather details of your RV, the number of guests/pets and to acknowledge agreement to abide by the rule and regulations of the Citrus Valley Resort. For safety, there is absolutely NO swimming in the pond. As with all Florida properties, it is important to watch for wildlife such as alligators and turtles. Private internet through secured WIFI is available and included the nightly fee.

    diane was lovely to us and did everything to make us comfortable. the lot is spotless and beautiful. we cant wait to book again if she lets us! the pool is amazing, the park was quiet and it was such a great time

    Sea World visit

    Diane has a beautiful paved site with full hook up including 30 and 50 watt power receptacles. The site overlooks a retention pond full of turtles and an alligator that we saw today. He’s a little bigger than last year when we were here last visiting Universal Studios. Disney World is within 10 miles. On this trip we took the Grandboys to Sea World which was a 35 minute drive. Fuel and a Publix is just outside the community. Everyone in the resort is friendly. We plans to stay here again next year when we visit a theme park.

    Universal Studios / Sea World trip

    Beautiful patio stone lot over looking a retention pond that has turtles and a small alligator. Within walking distance of the resorts large pool. Friendly residents and about a 45 minute drive to Universal Studios which was our reason to come here. Super markets are close by. We hope to return in the fall.

    A very nice camp site with good neighbors and amenities. Saw lots of birds and even a baby alligator in the ponds. Camp host explained the site well and was very responsive to questions. Thanks for letting us stay at your site!
