Wood-fired Sauna
Our wood fired sauna is nestled away in the heart of Kingston on thirty-three acres of beautiful South Downs countryside.
This simple set-up brings the focus on the therapeutic benefits of the sauna’s healing heat, and if you are brave enough, we also have a cold plunge pool and an outdoor shower that will leave you feeling invigorated.
The sauna holds 8 people in community style sessions, but can be booked for private hire.

Get involved...
We run a quarter acres market garden with regular volunteer days and wellbeing activities, so you may well see us out on the land, and are welcome to join us and learn too. Kingston is a peaceful village with a 13th-century lane, so it’s well-suited to quiet, family-friendly breaks with plenty of birdsong and wildlife. check out our website or instagram for more information
We ask you to leave your car in the car park. We can lend you a wheelbarrow to shuttle your stuff to the field. There are no bins or recycling facilities, so you’ll need to whisk any rubbish away with you at the end of the stay.
