We have just under 4 acres of mostly wooded land, located a short drive from downtown Fairbanks. Our house is at the front of the property. The RV/tent camping/parking area is down the lower driveway. Summer of 2023 we will be working on trails through the woods and possibly making a camp site somewhere in the woods, as well as other modifications to make things more enjoyable. There is a small creek at the back of the property. Behind the property is one of two golf courses in the Fairbanks area.Take day trips and enjoy a ton of things to do in Fairbanks. Come back and relax inside the RV or outside. Sit around the fire pit feed mosquitos and enjoy the midnight sun. Sneak through the woods and play a round of golf....oh wait don't do that!! You should probably drive around to the course and pay. We do live on site but will make every effort not to disturb you. This is in a quiet neighborhood where you can enjoy a walk in the evening. RV is equipped with toilet, small shower, kitchen, and sleeps 4 comfortably. Propane grill to cook outside, camp chairs available if needed. Other amenities may be available.
