We are a small agricultural farm running sheep and a cropping program. Come and enjoy wide-open spaces, regular rainbows, starry nights and peace and quiet. We offer several different spots around the farm for camping and caravans, from shady spots overlooking our orchards, to wilder bush areas. We'll help you chose the best spots when you arrive. There are plenty of picnic spots and walks on and near the property, including some lovely big salt lakes just down the road which provide fantastic photography. We have no amenities here, so all campers must be self-contained and leave no trace. We offer some powered options near to the solar-powered shed. We have fresh spring water which could be used for showering but should be filtered for drinking. Campfires are permitted when not in fire season - please enquire. The entry track to our farm is fairly sandy, so 4WD or AWD is recommended. You're welcome to bring your dog however they must be kept under control - don't let them round up the sheep!

We are a family run farm, in the Midwest WA, growing wheat, canola, lupins and chickpeas, with sheep and cattle. There is an option for fit campers to climb Mt Budd, which is on our property, and we've also got lots of hilly country great for bush walking and working up an appetite for a campfire dinner. We are on the Darling fault line so have a lot of beautiful breakaway country. You must be totally a self contained travellers with your own camping toilet and everything you need. Dogs welcome on a leash (sheep property). Campfires are permitted when restrictions aren't in place, wood supplied, please let Anne know if you require wood. Mingenew is 23 klms west of the farm, you will find fuel 24 hr, IGA, a lovely bakery. Things to see in town Museum open in tourist season, walk trail round town, CBH grain storage facility, children play park and skateboard area, the Coalseam National Park is a 20klm drive from town. Tourist Centre open August-September. During the tourist season Mingenew has a POP-UP SHOP which hosts 20 stalls from the Midwest area, selling an array of beautiful hand-crafted goods. This year it will be located in our local Town Hall, next door to the Shire. It is open 6 days a week 9.30 - 4 pm each day, it is run by volunteers, so pop in and say Hallo !! :) (8 August - 23 September 2024 Please ensure you have a Telstra mobile phone, so we can stay in touch. It’s the only provider that works out here. We do not allow free range of the farm. Thank You

Jindarring Nature Base Camping

We are located 18km west of Perenjori, which is approximately 350 kilometres north of Perth and 40 kilometres south-east of Morawa. The property is a working farm, we grow Wheat, Canola, Barley, Lupins and Oats. We run a Sheep Stud, predominantly Merino, Poll Merino, Dorset's and White Suffolk's. It's a very busy on the farm but we would like to share part of it for a few months of the year when it looks lovely and green with wonderful wildflowers and wildlife. Stop in for a quick stopover or stay for a few days and take in the highlights of the Midwest. This campsite suits self-contained campers who bring their own camping toilet/shower, and drinking water supply. Sit back in the evenings relaxing to the crackling sounds of the campfire (please note you will need to bring wood with you). Enjoy the wildflowers, bush walks or pop into town and enjoy a friendly coffee. The region is a photographer's paradise. Go for a bushwalk and marvel at the big sky country. We are part of the Wildflower Way, a tourist drive that runs from Dalwallinu to Geraldton. Late August to October is the wildflower season and depending upon the season the countryside may be alive with flowers including orchids, carpets of white, pink and yellow everlastings and the unique wreath leschenaultia (found on the property). Don't forget your camera! This is a working farm, if you have a pet please keep them on a leash as there are many farm animals located nearby.
