Please note although we have multiple sites listed we only ever have 8 sites available as we rotate availability to manage the grounds. Any food scraps are welcome to be popped in the chicken coop they will love you for it 🥰 BYO toilet paper, some available on site to purchase if required (please see extras) When parking in your site please be aware of sprinklers, they are all above ground and generally quite visible. There is a $50 repair charge for broken or damaged retic. We also have super friendly chooks that like to visit everyone, please check under vehicles before moving them, if you run one over there is a $100 charge. Abundance yurt is surrounded by trees and birds in the Perth Hills, only 30 mins from Perth CBD. The property comes with its own composting toilet and hot outdoor shower, gas cooker and pot belly stove. Suitable for singles or couples, some smaller dogs may be appropriate (please contact Liza to discuss before booking). Other things to note Moonbeams Yurt is situated at the bottom of a 1 acre property, on a large 48sqm decked area. The yurt is 20sqm in size and the composting toilet and shower are within 10 steps from the yurt entrance. The hot water shower is an outdoor shower with a privacy screen. There is NO power at all, but 1 battery powered light is available, and there is a basic gas cooker provided. There is no refrigeration. Parking is at the top of the property and guests will have to walk down a partially sealed path to arrive at the entrance to the yurt, so good mobility is needed. You will need to bring in refrigeration/Eski, lights and basic cooking camp ware. A wheelbarrow can be provided to get gear from car to yurt. A Double bed is provided. Optional extras are fresh bedding. The pot belly stove is great for the winter, and timber is provided for cold nights. We do not recommend booking during our hottest months, unless you love the heat. This property is great for backpackers or people wanting to see the sites of Perth and surrounds. The train line is close by for people who do not have a car. There are many walks and states forests in the area.

Unfortunately, we've had to raise our camping fees due to theft, breakages, and irresponsible behaviour that persistently occur. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A NO-SMOKING FARM. Wake to the sound of the bush and farm animals. This is a very scenic area, with the campsites surrounded by pine trees. Interaction with farm animals. There are roosters that will crow early morning. PLEASE DO NOT CHASE ANY OF THE ANIMALS. ALL sites are NON-powered Dogs on leash allowed outside only, not inside café. Located on the foothills of the Darling Range in Keysbrook Western Australia, Bolinda Vale Farm is a real working farm breeding Beef cattle and Merino sheep which has been in the same family since 1926. We offer neat nature based campsites in the gully and all campsites are on the banks of the babbling Dirk Brook with a good distance between campsites for privacy. A great property to reconnect with country Please note, to get to the campsites there is a farm track and for most, a creek crossing. We recommend 4WD or SUV to access ALL campsites. Perfect place for caravans, camper trailers, rooftop tents, tents, swags, vans to various campsites. There are horses and Scottish Highland cattle that usually greet you near the main entrance, and sheep and cattle graze the hill country and surrounds. Plenty more for nature lovers here, including red-tailed cockatoos that flock to the gully to feed on the Marri trees, plus many other birds. The resident Wedge-tail eagles soar above making the most of the thermals created from the hills and the local kangaroos Dogs are welcome but must remain on leads at ALL times as this is a working farm. You MUST bring your own camping toilet and be COMPLETELY 100% self sufficient with everything including drinking water We have a Leave No Trace policy, so ask that you please take all waste with you. 5 beautiful acres in the Swan Valley with horses, we run a horse rehoming charity from here where all proceeds from hipcamp go to support our facility. Along with plenty of horses, you'll also see kangaroos at certain times and our pet sheep Jamima who thinks she's a horse! A superb property with a winter creek and an open paddock where the horses live. It's very peaceful. There are only two camping sites available on this wonderful property at any time so privacy is assured. There is also a dam on the property so please mind any children with absent swimming abilities. Campfires are allowed during the season, and there is a toilet and shower available in the shed 100 meters from the camping area. Smaller groups booking the campsites will have full access to the toilet and shower. Please note, however, we offer a group camping option for larger groups but those booking this option must be fully self-contained as our facilities are not enough to support a large group. We have a strict Leave No Trace policy here, we kindly ask that you take all rubbish with you when you leave. We also ask that you please do not feed the horses. The property is well located to access many great wineries and cafes in the famous Swan Valley area, some within walking distance. Security here is taken care of by Mr security guard "aka" Smoky our pet dog. He's very safe and timid. If you get a pat from this boy I know you're good, so beware! We are dog friendly here, so you're welcome to bring mans best friend and we also have a secure yard to house any pets if you need a break, so long as they don't hassle the horses. We may also be able to accommodate your horse - please discuss this with us prior to booking. Summer Creek was established in 1884 by Edward Vivian Harvey Keane. Keane was a prominent figure in the development of Western Australia, having constructed over 800km of rail around W.A. The property runs alongside the discontinued railway line, known as the Kep Track / Golden pipeline trail, which is part of the same railway network as the Bibbulmun track. The old winery building was saved by R and A Poulton, after a demolition order was places on it by the Northam shire in 2002. The property is now heritage listed, and the fight to preserve it from main-roads continues. Come along to Karaoke at the Restaurant every Saturday night!!! Our camping set-up is a work in progress so we would appreciate your suggestions and feedback, we now have a cold shower on site. When things dry out we will be able to do more work on the accessibility. Also, stay tuned for our glamping option yet to come :) Currently Adults only, no children. Abundance yurt is surrounded by trees and birds in the Perth Hills, only 30 mins from Perth CBD. The property comes with its own composting toilet and hot outdoor shower, gas cooker and pot belly stove. Suitable for singles or couples, some smaller dogs may be appropriate (please contact Liza to discuss before booking). Other things to note Moonbeams Yurt is situated at the bottom of a 1 acre property, on a large 48sqm decked area. The yurt is 20sqm in size and the composting toilet and shower are within 10 steps from the yurt entrance. The hot water shower is an outdoor shower with a privacy screen. There is NO power at all, but 1 battery powered light is available, and there is a basic gas cooker provided. There is no refrigeration. Parking is at the top of the property and guests will have to walk down a partially sealed path to arrive at the entrance to the yurt, so good mobility is needed. You will need to bring in refrigeration/Eski, lights and basic cooking camp ware. A wheelbarrow can be provided to get gear from car to yurt. A Double bed is provided. Optional extras are fresh bedding. The pot belly stove is great for the winter, and timber is provided for cold nights. We do not recommend booking during our hottest months, unless you love the heat. This property is great for backpackers or people wanting to see the sites of Perth and surrounds. The train line is close by for people who do not have a car. There are many walks and states forests in the area.

Unfortunately, we've had to raise our camping fees due to theft, breakages, and irresponsible behaviour that persistently occur. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A NO-SMOKING FARM. Wake to the sound of the bush and farm animals. This is a very scenic area, with the campsites surrounded by pine trees. Interaction with farm animals. There are roosters that will crow early morning. PLEASE DO NOT CHASE ANY OF THE ANIMALS. ALL sites are NON-powered Dogs on leash allowed outside only, not inside café. Campfires - (campfires are only allowed when fire bans are lifted). Wood is available for purchase at $30 per bag. Nearest toilet dump site is Bindoon Oval. Recycling Bins are available. Generator noise can disturb other people’s enjoyment of the area and disturb native wildlife and the farm animals, so think about using alternatives. Solar panels and inverters are the best ways to provide power for your must-have devices when camping and can be used anywhere. However we do allow generators, but they can only operate strictly between 9am-6pm. Turn down all music and please lower your voices at 8pm, we don't mind if you still have fun, but take other campers into consideration please. Adventure playground onsite for the "older' children and some smaller equipment for the younger ones. All equipment is PLAY AT YOUR OWN RISK. Abundance yurt is surrounded by trees and birds in the Perth Hills, only 30 mins from Perth CBD. The property comes with its own composting toilet and hot outdoor shower, gas cooker and pot belly stove. Suitable for singles or couples, some smaller dogs may be appropriate (please contact Liza to discuss before booking). Other things to note Moonbeams Yurt is situated at the bottom of a 1 acre property, on a large 48sqm decked area. The yurt is 20sqm in size and the composting toilet and shower are within 10 steps from the yurt entrance. The hot water shower is an outdoor shower with a privacy screen. There is NO power at all, but 1 battery powered light is available, and there is a basic gas cooker provided. There is no refrigeration. Parking is at the top of the property and guests will have to walk down a partially sealed path to arrive at the entrance to the yurt, so good mobility is needed. You will need to bring in refrigeration/Eski, lights and basic cooking camp ware. A wheelbarrow can be provided to get gear from car to yurt. A Double bed is provided. Optional extras are fresh bedding. The pot belly stove is great for the winter, and timber is provided for cold nights. We do not recommend booking during our hottest months, unless you love the heat. This property is great for backpackers or people wanting to see the sites of Perth and surrounds. The train line is close by for people who do not have a car. There are many walks and states forests in the area.

Please note although we have multiple sites listed we only ever have 8 sites available as we rotate availability to manage the grounds. Any food scraps are welcome to be popped in the chicken coop they will love you for it 🥰 BYO toilet paper, some available on site to purchase if required (please see extras) When parking in your site please be aware of sprinklers, they are all above ground and generally quite visible. If your children are yelling and squealing you will all be asked to leave the communal area. - Please supervise your children at ALL times, this is for their safety. Children are not allowed to roam free in the paddocks without adults. Please ensure your children do not yell, squeal or run. -Children must be supervised in the communal playground area, The playground is closed for use at 6.30pm. - No lighting of campfires. Local Shire and DEFES have very strong rules regarding this, and if lighting of a fire occurs people will be prosecuted by DEFES and the local Shire up to $36000.00 or 3 years imprisonment, -Fabulous communal fire pit open during winter months. No individual site camp fires due to safety of our property, animals and guests. -If you smoke please place your butts in a sealed fire proof container. Also if you have bikes, there is a bike trail into Bindoon from the end of Teatree Road (4.1km). This is where the Museum, Arts and Crafts centre and Men’s shed are located. BINDOON BURNOUTS 18 - 19 OCTOBER (very noisy, smoky and loud) Our property is located on a working farm with The Hive Café open Friday evenings 6pm - 8pm (Pizzas, beer and wine), Saturdays 11am - 3pm (Full menu), Saturday evenings 6pm - 8pm (pizzas, beer and wine) and Sundays 11am - 3pm (full menu). Unfortunately, we've had to raise our camping fees due to theft, breakages, and irresponsible behaviour that persistently occur. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A NO-SMOKING FARM. Wake to the sound of the bush and farm animals. This is a very scenic area, with the campsites surrounded by pine trees. Interaction with farm animals. There are roosters that will crow early morning. PLEASE DO NOT CHASE ANY OF THE ANIMALS. ALL sites are NON-powered Dogs on leash allowed outside only, not inside café. Campfires - (campfires are only allowed when fire bans are lifted). Wood is available for purchase at $30 per bag. Nearest toilet dump site is Bindoon Oval. Recycling Bins are available. Generator noise can disturb other people’s enjoyment of the area and disturb native wildlife and the farm animals, so think about using alternatives. Solar panels and inverters are the best ways to provide power for your must-have devices when camping and can be used anywhere. However we do allow generators, but they can only operate strictly between 9am-6pm. Turn down all music and please lower your voices at 8pm, we don't mind if you still have fun, but take other campers into consideration please. Adventure playground onsite for the "older' children and some smaller equipment for the younger ones. All equipment is PLAY AT YOUR OWN RISK. Playground Rules: - Adult Supervision required for use - No bare feet, wear proper footwear - Do not use play equipment improperly - No pushing or shoving Free honey tastings are available when shop is open, but please ask and we can arrange a tasting for you. Campers will be held responsible for any damaged caused during their stay. Kindly note this is a working farm and we operates completely off-grid, where power and water are valuable resources. We kindly request that you limit your shower time to no more than 3 minutes and switch off all lights when not in use, our generator may start from time to time. ****Important Notice Regarding State Bushfire Ratings**** Please be advised that our camp adheres to the state bushfire ratings. In the event that a Catastrophic or Extreme Fire Danger Rating is announced, we may need to temporarily close our campsite.
