The property is very spacious with easy access and provides a country feel yet so close to many amazing attractions and ammenities. Whilst driving between paddocks- please drive slow. You will need to be self contained and bring your own drinking water. Small dogs are allowed but must stay with your setup or be on a leash when walking. Also if you have bikes, there is a bike trail into Bindoon from the end of Teatree Road (4.1km). This is where the Museum, Arts and Crafts centre and Men’s shed are located. Located only a 2-minute drive from the popular Lake Leschenaultia where you can have a swim, take out the kayak, or enjoy one of the bike trails.
