Black Cockatoo Reserve, a naturally beautiful bushwalk, is only a 5-minute stroll away. It’s also an easy drive to several charming hills pubs, including Mount Helena Tavern, Mundaring Hotel, Mundaring Weir Hotel, Mahogany Inn, and Hemingway's. Wonderful cafés are located within a short walk, cycle, or drive. Well-behaved dogs are welcome on a lead. We are closed from 1 Dec through to 31 March due to High Fire Risk. Our 43-hectare property is on the edge of the Darling Scarp behind the historical Fairbridge Village. Only 1 hour south of Perth, so it is close enough for a quick weekend getaway but far enough to enjoy the silence of the bush. There are elevated campsites with views west towards Mandurah and the Peel Estuary, northwest views toward Perth City, and three dams on the property. Guests must be fully self-contained, as no toilets or showers are available. Just amazing views :) Some locations are suitable for tents only, and some for caravans only. 4WD/AWDs are recommended as most sites are not easily accessible with a 2WD vehicle, especially during winter. Dog friendly. Campfires are permitted in designated areas with the host's approval (depending on fire restrictions). We are closed over the summer period due to increased fire risk.

Weekend Trip to Lemmey House Farm

We had such a lovely stay at this Hipcamp spot. The place is absolutely beautiful and so peaceful – perfect if you’re looking to really unwind and enjoy nature. Waking up and being surrounded by plum trees was just magical. The environment is very quiet and relaxing, and the friendly dog was such a sweet bonus, made us feel right at home. It’s the perfect spot to disconnect, breathe some fresh air and enjoy the simple things. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm, nature-filled getaway. We’d love to come back!

We had such a peaceful, relaxed stay, feels so private and secluded, but still close to the local shops. Hosts are friendly and welcoming, the animals are lovely, the space is awesome. The Sheep shed is perfect for bigger set-up, you will need to level, the orchard would suit smaller set up and is flatter. Great 4 night stay, highly recommend

I love the relaxed check out times, allows us to enjoy the mornings without the rush to pack and leave. Ridgeview north, is an awesome spot. Nice wide open space, nice flat ground that you can actually drive a peg in. Definitely will be back
