Nestled on 125 acres on the outskirts of Gidgegannup, Jinjarra Homestead offers an authentic bush camping experience only 25 minutes from Midland.
Campers have the whole paddock to themselves and are welcome to choose their own site. Either side of The Forest offer contrasting sites. The north-eastern side offers views of grassy Plains, while the south-western side, offers views across marsh wetlands.
This peaceful retreat is perfect for those looking to reconnect with nature, enjoy some quiet time, and experience the beauty of Western Australia’s fauna, ecosystems and biodiversity.
Beyond the campsite, Gidgegannup has much to offer. Just a short drive away, you’ll find the iconic Noble Falls stunning waterfall with scenic picnic areas and walking trails. The nearby Lake Leschenaultia provides more opportunities for hiking, paddle boarding and mountain bike riding. For wine lovers, the Swan Valley wine region is within easy reach, home to some of Western Australia’s finest wineries, local produce, and artisanal food experiences.
Our Gidgegannup property offers a perfect balance of relaxation and exploration, making it an ideal spot for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts.

Tall jarrah and marri trees tower above, providing shade and a calming atmosphere, while clusters of iconic grass trees create a picturesque landscape.
The Forest paddock overlooks neighbouring properties, offering wide views of the countryside. A short walk will bring you to a small billabong, perfect for relaxing by the water’s edge or observing local wildlife. Some areas of the paddock feature marshy, swamp-like terrain, adding to the diversity of the landscape.
Ideal for campers looking to connect with nature, this site provides a tranquil setting for those wanting to experience the unique beauty of Australia’s bushland. Whether you're here for a quiet retreat or to explore the natural surroundings, this paddock has something special to offer.
Please note: - That some areas of The Forest paddock will be visible from the main residence, - Please stay within the allocated paddock, - Cows are in next paddock over, but guest are more than welcome to walk over to see, please no feeding.
