No facilities, so please only book if you are self-contained, and you must take all waste with you. Dogs welcome to join in the fun too! Our 97 acres has 1.5 kms of waterfront with open spaces and bushland and you are welcome to choose which spot you wish to set up camp. Set up camp right on the water's edge or higher on the hill. You can enjoy direct access to the Lake, feel free to leave your boat/ski in the water so you can enjoy that early morning glassy water ski, canoe, SUP, swim or fish. Please note: Water level varies all year round. You might even see our kangaroos that frequent our property which is Land for Wildlife accredited. Fishing, water sports or just going for a walk around the bluff are just a snippet of what we have on offer. Such a special piece of paradise. Close to the hills, where you can enjoy motorbike riding (no motorbikes to be ridden on the property), horse riding, Blores Hill Mountain Bike Park, and more. Heyfield Township is just 8 minutes away and there are a number of local wineries close by, plus a great pump track. Lots to explore! Bruthen Creek Pastoral Farmstay

Enjoy uninterrupted views of the sky and sunsets across the lake, over the distant hills. With 90 acres of bush on the property, together with the surrounding two state forests, there is plenty to explore. Tarra Bulga National Park, Ninety Mile beach, Port Albert and Yarram are only a short drive away. Bruthen Creek Pastoral Farmstay at Woodside North, in Central Gippsland, is located on an operating 235 acre cattle farm owned and run by Damian and Angela. Apart from the bulls, cows and calves there are also miniature horses, alpacas and chickens to interact with. Local wildlife includes kangaroos, wallabies, wombats, emus, goannas and maybe the odd koala. Overhead can be seen many birds including eagles, parrots, water birds while the RAAF Roulettes regularly practice their routines.​ There are no amenities here, campers must be self contained and leave no trace. Pets welcome, but please ensure they are under control as there are cattle on the property.

Come and set up camp for a few days on this private site at Paradise Beach.Campers will love the short walk to the beach, an established fire pit and access to (a small amount of) water from the provided tank. Please be economical with the water so there is enough left for everyone else.There is also a shelter shed which you are welcome to use to escape with wind, rain or sun. There is a cabin on the property which is not accessible.There are no facilities here, campers will need to be self sufficient and leave no trace. A short drive down the road you'll find a general store, a takeaway shop and great picnic areas.The property is located 3.5 hours east of Melbourne.Entry to the site is from a small driveway on the lower side of the property. Please keep all tents and vans within close proximity to the cabin to ensure you are within my properties boundary and there are no overlaps.The terrain is sandy, however it's very compact and suitable for most sedans, vans and average vehicles.

Rest assured, you will get to experience the views in your own privacy and space as bookings are exclusively limited. We encourage guests to choose your site on arrival, based on your needs. Nearby to Bonnie Brae there is an abundance of local treasures including Tarra Bulga National Park, Toms Cap Winery, Mount Tassie, trail rides, hiking, bush walks, swimming holes, Woodside beach, and country town centres. Pets are welcome too but must be kept on a lead at all times for the safety of the farm animals. We have many home grown extras available for purchase!

Explore the lakes by water - kayaks, SUP boards, boats can be launched at Tambo Bay or Metung boat ramps. You are welcome to use either of the two dog enclosures to keep your precious companion safe, warm and dry. (Well behaved / trained dogs are welcome). We are situated within five kilometres of the beautiful little Metung village, and half way between the regional centres of Lakes Entrance and Bairnsdale. Boat lovers and summer waterskiers are drawn to Metung's relaxed village lifestyle. Explore the gentle waters of the Gippsland Lakes. Anglers descend all year round to make the most of Metung’s excellent fishing spots. You can catch bream, tailor, flathead, King George whiting and prawns during the summer months. Dine out on fresh seafood and local wines at eateries across town. Choose from an excellent variety of waterfront restaurants and cafes, or find a sunny spot opposite the village green to enjoy a picnic. The kids will enjoy watching the pelicans eat their lunch outside the Metung Pub everyday at midday.
