Unpowered Sites
Stay away from the unpowered sites
Not at all what we expected. The unpowered site we were assigned to was on an incline, next to a dam full of mozzies, as well as a smelly drainage pipe trickling with what looked like overflow from that dam.
The one amenities block servicing the entire caravan park was a LONG walk from our assigned site, on top of which the men's bathroom stank of pee as soon as I walked in.
On top of that, while most of the property had decent mobile reception, there was none at all at our assigned site. At this point it was 7:30pm and getting dark - As we were tossing up whether to bear with it for a night or to find elsewhere, one of the permanent park residents started up with the dhoom-dhoom-dhoom-dhoom - Loud music with a heavy bass, complimented by several dogs barking at each other. So much for the peaceful night we had imagined after a long day on the road, and that finally decided it for us.
In the end we decided not to stay, and you would be advised to do the same - Best to stay away from the waste of money that is this caravan park.
Either pay a bit more for someplace better, or go stay in one of the several free camp areas a short drive away - We ended up spending the night in a free camp only 15mins away, falling asleep to the sound of waves.

Fantastic stay
Fantastic location central to various points of interest for days out. Our site was in a nice spot and pretty flat, beautifully maintained grass. The water and electricity was very useful during our stay. Washroom facilities were cleaned daily and it was great having a kitchen area to clean up our dishes etc. Host was super friendly, always chatting to guests and even came and brought us a fire pit to use. Reception has ice and firewood for purchase which is great. Dog run and other areas are all fantastic additions. Quiet hours are generally adhered to and guests were all courteous of each other during our stay. We will definitely return in future and can’t wait to see what else is done with this great location. Thanks for a safe and enjoyable stay.

Fabulous site - peaceful and clean
This was one of our favorite camping / camper sites of of trip - we were welcomed by the host, the site was really clean and well maintained. The facilities were brilliant - a pool, ping pong table, kids games / play area and a brilliant camp kitchen. The area was really quiet and peaceful, we loved our stay, many thanks!

Beautiful, quiet stay, Mick & Tammy are very friendly, gardens are lovely and neat, pool is great such a great set up with great camp kitchen plenty of seating, fire pits in the kitchen everything you need, very clean amenities would definitely be the best stay we’ve had, thanks guys.

Serenity with all amenities.
We enjoyed using it as a base to check out local attractions (totally recommend the Metung Hot Springs). The park was well established with all amenities and a well-catered cooking area. Hosts and their dog Phoebe were courteous and helpful. An absolute gem that's off the main roads that provided serenity.
