We have three different listings available at Fulham Homestead: - Fulham Historic Riverfront - Fulham Historic Creekfront - Fulham Homestead Guesthouse Our Guesthouse sleeps up to 8 people and has everything you need for a comfortable stay including two bathrooms and a full kitchen. Unfortunately dogs are not able to stay at the homestead. Our camping sites offer good access for caravans and large motorhomes. All guests staying at the camping listings are required to be fully self contained with their own toilet/shower facilities and must leave no trace on departure. The camping areas are dog friendly and we also have dogs of our own. You will also get visits from our pet Sheep, local Kangaroos and Wallabies. The Kookaburras will laugh loudly in the mornings and the Cockies will be annoyingly loud some days. This is an ideal base for those that want to do day trips to explore the local area or just plop and drop.

Tarwin Lower EcoStudio is not far out of town and the Tarwin River (4 kms), for boating, paddling and fishing. You can explore rare, Old Growth forest, historic gold mines, climb to the peak of Mt Ellery and walk through the Errinundra Plateau. Mountain bike riding, horseriding, 4wd touring and bushwalking is awesome in this area. There is a camp kitchen with a communal fridge, microwave, stove and electricity. Our property, "Seven Hills Tallarook", sits high above Tallarook with deep valleys and high peaks, just over one hour North of Melbourne's CBD. The property is 600 acres of thick Victorian bush and farmed paddocks. We have a wide range of hobby farm animals - pigs, sheep, alpacas, chickens, ponies, a donkey, along with commercial heard of South African Boer Goats. As night falls, the wildlife come out to play - kangaroos, rabbits, deer and wallabies. Internally, we have in excess of 10 kilometers of roads within the property, the majority being 2WD accessible (weather conditions apply). There are parts of the property which are only 4WD accessible. Our campsites are placed to allow you to be as isolated as possible - away from other campers (you may see others as you drive past, or they drive past you). At some of our bush sites, you will be able to see other campers, but they are not close by. Additionally, we have now entered our Fire Danger Period for the 2024/2025 Summer Season. We have not toggled the Fire Ban on as we do still allow campfires, however campers MUST adhere to CFA guidelines at all times. On days of Total Fire Ban (TFB), no fires, including gas stoves can be lit outdoors. Furthermore, we reserve the right to ask you not to light a fire regardless of TFB status if we feel weather conditions are unsafe, especially the wind element. We cannot plan the weather and the request to not light your campfires will most likely on the day and we will advise as such. We have two milking goats We have fresh eggs in season. We can supply fresh rain water. There are two dams, which could have yabbies (we did put them in there). Locally, there are many attractions which you can see and do. Ballarat and Ararat are approximately 30 minutes either way. Ararat has the historic J Ward for the criminally insane, and Aradale Asylum. The Grampians National Park is 1 hour away. Skipton Rail Trail is close by as well. Beaufort has cafes, Op Shops, pubs, galleries and all the takeaway regulars. Beaufort Market is currently not running, Avoca (40 minutes away) is the fourth Sunday and the huge Talbot Market (40 minutes away) is the third Sunday in the month. Dogs are welcome, as long as they don’t chase the animals. There are no facilities here, but we will have a toilet and shower for the March long weekend, and we are hiring a portable toilet for the Pyrenees Hideaway.

The St Arnaud Caravan Park is a small park situated in an elevated location and ideally positioned close to the recreation reserve, which is just a short stroll to the main street of St Arnaud. Our delightful park has 23 powered caravan sites, 3 x 2 bedroom self-contained cabins, and 2 budget cabins. The park has a modern, immaculate amenities block that includes disabled facilities, showers & toilets. There is also a customer laundry which has 2 washing machines together with a dryer for those days when outside drying is not possible. We have a large BBQ area and a great information area in the office for those who want to explore our great little town. For those who don't want to cook, the park is located just an easy 5-minute stroll to local restaurants and eateries and while down the street, you also have the choice of browsing the local shops as you are walking along. Your hosts, Rhonda & Tubby, having taken over the park in December 2016, are old-fashioned country people who love to make sure that you enjoy your time at the park and want to come back again to visit us.
