Located on a small hobby farm, we offer a private camping experience for just one group at a time. Our campsite is called 'Creek Side' as it's located right next to the creek on a flat grassy patch of land. A great little swimming hole is right next to camp. Just 75 metres from Creek Side is an outdoor hot-shower and flushing toilet available for guests and an Infared Sauna which can be booked for an additional fee. We are located 15 minutes from Murwillumbah, 30 minutes to Cabarita Beach, 40 minutes to Gold Coast Airport; 50 minutes to Byron Bay. Well behaved pets welcome by request (we have chooks and cows so your pet must be friendly!) Firewood available for purchase. 'Weefarm' is situated on a picturesque bend of the Brisbane River near Fernvale and is accessible by 4WD only. Kids are free to 17 so if you have children between 12-17, please include them in the "children" booking. We provide an exclusive booking for you on absolute river frontage for tents and camper trailers. Spend your time swimming, fishing, canoeing or simply sipping a cold drink on the pontoon under the umbrella. With an easterly aspect you’ll want to spend the morning swimming or exploring the riverscape and when the afternoon shade sets in light the campfire and put your feet up. Please note... our campsite has been ongoing since 2017 and campers have kindly shared their many happy memories. Over the years, things change. Please take the photos lightly. There is no vehicular boat ramp but still excellent access for other small watercraft. Due to the steep track to the camp area we insist on 4WD’s only - though you can walk down if feeling energetic! Please bring drinking water and a desire to leave the riverside just as you found it. We have enough room for around 20 people in tents or camper trailers. Portaloo toilet available at the campsite. Campfires are permitted in the circle but please be mindful of any restrictions. You can purchase firewood from us if needed. Dogs are also welcome but must stay with you at all times. Please let us know they are coming as well.

As a return visitor to Weefarm, it is nothing short of magical and highly inviting. This time, my son and I returned with a number of a friends to enjoy a wonderful few days of relaxing, swimming, fishing and camping. There was even an engagement amongst our friends to celebrate. Absolutely the best hipcamp we've visited so far. The serenity and privacy is exactly what we look for. To camp, how we like to camp and not have to listen to 'neighbours' and their way of camping all day and night! Riverside is a lovely spot, level and sheltered (& freshly mown). Plenty of sunshine for solar and beautiful shady trees along the riverbank. The hosts are wonderful, welcoming, and genuinely kind people. There is some passing traffic and the site is close to the road, so I kept my puppy on a leash, but that was a small trade-off for such a convenient, relaxing getaway close to home.

We stayed one night only, and it was great for a quick stay away from busy Coolangatta. Site next to the road, but very quiet one. Communication with Alana was great and smooth.
