Our Maremma is an Italian breed of livestock gaurdian dog, he does bark a little at night to protect our pets, which goes hand in hand with all of our other farm noises 😉 Our Neighbours have fish farms, you may hear the odd gun go off, just to scare the shags away from feeding in the ponds. Lovely grassed area, fantastic amenities. We loved it. Pet friendly. The cicadas were very loud during the day, they did seem to ease at night. Will definitely be back.

1 night at Bucca Country River Retreat

We stayed 1 night with our 2 dogs. Beautiful grassy sites, brand new very clean toilets and hot showers. Host was very friendly and super helpful, allowing us to make a booking change on the spot. The Bucca Hotel is just a quick 15 minute walk down the road. Well worth stopping here, well be back again.

Wonderful place to camp with the family. Great little play area for the kids with animals to feed and pet. The camp sites are spacious and Susan and her family are very welcome. Highly recommend to stay here.
