If your dog is not friendly with other humans and dogs unfortunately its not welcome Only 9 minutes from the bruce highway, situated down a quiet dirt road on the side of the beautiful Maroochy River you will find river rd ranch. River rd ranch is at heart of the sunshine coast being only a 10 minute drive to Coolum beach and Yandina, 25 to 30 minutes to noosa, mooloolaba, Maroochydore beaches, Sunshine Plaza, bars and restaurants! Being only 20 minutes to the sunshine coast airport it’s a great opportunity to park up your big or small touring rig to head interstate at short notice if required. This amazing property has views of mt Coolum and mt Nindery with some of the best sunrise and sunsets around. With easy access to the property we can also cater for larger caravans and big groups of people. Being on the river there is option for fishing and crabbing, we are only a few hundred meter walk to the Yandina Creek Wetlands walking trails. Camp Fires are allowed on site. (unless fire bans are in place ) fire wood available 20kg = $20 (cash only sorry due to a few nonpayers) Pets are welcome but we must respect our Neighbours with horses and other campers so must be friendly retrained at all times. Please remember pick up after your fury friends as we have other guests here we have 3 - 4 sites right on the river and another 3 - 4 sites in our paddock with a section allowing our paddock guests to have access to the river to do all activities All waste to be taken away when you leave.

This is a super convenient location. The Bruce Highway is opposite where the property then stretches far back. Enjoy bush camping and being able to stretch out with space but with all your conveniences so close by, 3minute drive to the uni and shops. The beautiful beaches of the Sunshine Coast are within a very easy reach along with Aussie World and Australia Zoo. A new bike path now links you directly with Aussie World and Banana Benders Pub. Cost is for 1 vehicle and up to 4 people per site, for more vehicles and guests please add this on in the extras section - or contact host, - or booking another site and we’ll join you at one. Our property boast exquisite views of the Yabba creek bordering Mount Granger and forestry as our backdrop. We have deep swimming holes as well as shallow areas for the little ones. Camps are spaced out along a manicured 300m creek frontage. There is a total of 1km creek frontage on Yabba Creek Farm for your to explore. Attractions include kayaking (limited number provided) fishing, bush walking and wildlife watching. Platypus are frequently sighted in the Yabba creek. Lungfish can also be viewed while kayaking or snorkelling. Koalas, wallabies, gonnas and an abundance of bird life are also commonly sighted. Dogs are welcome on very strict conditions as we have farm animals including lambs, chickens and foals, so must remain secure on a leash at all times. Dogs with hunting or chasing nature are not welcome for the safety of our animals and wildlife. One toilet available. Cleaned daily. BYO if you wish to camp further away from main area. Campfires are welcome in the fire pit provided. Weekends we provide farm experiences for the kids with feeding and petting sheep, ponies, chickens and egg collecting (quite limited at this stage, but we are expanding). Bring your push bike and tour the farm trails or further into the neighbouring Imbil Forestry.

For adults there are huge state forests next door with fantastic trails as will as the sand trails in the enormous pine forests close by. Cedarton is a small farm on 100 acres, we have cows, chickens, ducks, goats and horses. We have wild deer, wallabies and kangaroos that come in the mornings and afternoons. If the kids like to get involved, I can take them around in the morning to feed the animals, we have around 30 head of cattle, calves, 2 horses, 5 goats, chickens and ducks. We have a cow called Cutie Pie, she loves a cuddle. Happy to spend time with the kids to show them the jobs we do daily. Parents can join in or sit back and relax. Takes about 30 mins in the morning or afternoon. Cedarton Farm is also on Facebook. We are close to Australia Zoo, Big Kart track at Beerwah, Maleny Dairies, Kondalilla falls, Gardener waterfalls, Mary Cairncross scenic reserve. There's a cheese factory, chocolate factory and wineries in Maleny. Fantastic restaurants in Montville. We are also 10 mins from Woodford Folk Festival. We are off grid only for campers, campervans and caravans we have no amenities at this current time. However if you want a portaloo Dinkem Dunnies are great and delivery portaloos . Roughly costs $250 to hire. 4x4 if towing because of dirt driveway and paddocks. Pet friendly however we do ask that no pets chase animals.

Our property boast exquisite views of the Yabba creek bordering Mount Granger and forestry as our backdrop. We have deep swimming holes as well as shallow areas for the little ones. Camps are spaced out along a manicured 300m creek frontage. There is a total of 1km creek frontage on Yabba Creek Farm for your to explore. Attractions include kayaking (limited number provided) fishing, bush walking and wildlife watching. Platypus are frequently sighted in the Yabba creek. Lungfish can also be viewed while kayaking or snorkelling. Koalas, wallabies, gonnas and an abundance of bird life are also commonly sighted. Dogs are welcome on very strict conditions as we have farm animals including lambs, chickens and foals, so must remain secure on a leash at all times. Dogs with hunting or chasing nature are not welcome for the safety of our animals and wildlife. One toilet available. Cleaned daily. BYO if you wish to camp further away from main area. Campfires are welcome in the fire pit provided. Weekends we provide farm experiences for the kids with feeding and petting sheep, ponies, chickens and egg collecting (quite limited at this stage, but we are expanding). Bring your push bike and tour the farm trails or further into the neighbouring Imbil Forestry.

The property offers 80 powered sites and 50 unpowered sites, at various locations around the property, some closer to the creek-line than others. All campers have access the the amenities blocks (hot showers and flushing toilets!), located a couple of hundred metres from camp, depending where you set up, as well as a dump point for those who are self-contained. River rd ranch is at heart of the sunshine coast being only a 10 minute drive to Coolum beach and Yandina, 25 to 30 minutes to noosa, mooloolaba, Maroochydore beaches, Sunshine Plaza, bars and restaurants! Being only 20 minutes to the sunshine coast airport it’s a great opportunity to park up your big or small touring rig to head interstate at short notice if required. This amazing property has views of mt Coolum and mt Nindery with some of the best sunrise and sunsets around. With easy access to the property we can also cater for larger caravans and big groups of people. Being on the river there is option for fishing and crabbing, we are only a few hundred meter walk to the Yandina Creek Wetlands walking trails. Camp Fires are allowed on site. (unless fire bans are in place ) fire wood available 20kg = $20 (cash only sorry due to a few nonpayers) Pets are welcome but we must respect our Neighbours with horses and other campers so must be friendly retrained at all times. Please remember pick up after your fury friends as we have other guests here we have 3 - 4 sites right on the river and another 3 - 4 sites in our paddock with a section allowing our paddock guests to have access to the river to do all activities All waste to be taken away when you leave.

By night, sit by the firepit and gaze up at the stars while listening to the sounds of nature on the fig tree swinging chair. The outdoor bathtub is available for hire for the evening with prior notice, and will come with beautiful dried flowers, natural bath salts charged at $38 per use. We recommend our guests bring swimmers for the bath. During your stay you will have access to our outdoor shower and composting toilet with a view. These facilities are shared by 1 other person or if another camper stays, and we kindly request that our guests are mindful of water consumption as we are on tank water. Connection of power & water is an option for extra. Our campsites are also dog friendly as we love having your fur babies visit! However if you are bringing your furry companions with you, please ensure they are friendly with other dogs, kept on a lead and supervised at all times, as our baby chickens and miniature pigs like to explore during the day. We’re just a short drive to Eumundi, Pomona or Cooroy for cute shops and markets, or venture 25 minutes to Noosa for a day at the beach and a variety of quality restaurants.
