Lovely little farm
Run by Janelle, lovely host nothing was too much trouble and took all the time to tell us all about the animals. The kids got to feed the goats, brush the pony’s and Jess was a favourite also. Highly recommend. The bunk house was nice and cosy!

I can't recommend this site enough! we stayed at site 11 and it was perfect. Absolutely no one in sight and a huge area to set everything up. There were also bins and a porta-loo nearby which was great. Being near the creek was perfect for the dogs who liked a quick dip now and again to cool off. There were also some great little walks to explore and we saw all sorts of wildlife including kangaroos which made our trip! Another plus was the amazing skies on an evening..sooo many stars to sit and look at! And the best bit, absolute silence the whole time. We'll definitely be back!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this campsite.
It’s a quiet and beautiful spot right next to the creek, perfect for relaxing.
The flush toilets were a big plus, and everything was well looked after.
The hosts, John & Jen, were lovely and very welcoming.
Highly recommended for a peaceful camping experience.

Had a nice storm roll though got to see the creek in flow was Great

We loved it here. If you are not into Caravan Parks like us , and want to feel like you have a location to yourself, this is the place for you.
Hospitable hosts who take the time to have a chat, porta loos on site as well. Just peace and quiet with lovely scenery to match. We’ll be returning. Thanks for having us at your property 👌🏼

We loved our stay here and will be back again soon. A fun drive around the property when the weather turned grey and while the sun was out lots to explore in the creek and grass. Dog, kids and parents all slept well

Mary's property was perfect for a night to get away from the city. It was safe and very peaceful. The animals that came to say hello were a bonus eg: Horses, Goats, Peacock and Ducks. Sunset was also nice. The property was well maintained and the instructions how to get there were spot on. Would recommend this place.

Young Country Getaway was an amazing property.
You want beautiful bush views? It’s got it.
Amazing sunsets? We saw them.
You need peace and quiet? It’s here
Did you say close to town but far enough out? Uh, right here.
What about gorgeous ducks, Geese and a stunning peacock? Look no further.
A spacious well kept rural property? Young Country Getaway is the answer
We loved it and will be back for sure.
Directions on how to get to Young country getaway from Mary were simple and we found it easy to find.
Mary was very communicative.

We spent the weekend at Wilson’s Flat campsite and it was perfect! Directions to the property were very easy to follow.
We definitely came at the right time, plenty of water in the creek to dip your toes in or make a splash in the deep parts, green grass for as far as you could see. Campsite nestled along the creek surrounded by rolling hills, the views were absolutely stunning.
What stood out was how well maintained everything was. The toilet was well looked after and stocked with everything you needed, bins were provided, great campfire, a map to the property if you wanted to explore or hike.
Generous spacing between campsites you were in your own little oasis!
From the very beginning everything was easy, well thought out and cannot fault anything. Thankyou Jen and John for a wonderful stay, we will be back again!!

Our site was at philaris pdk site 4 but we did our camping near our shearing shed. It’s quite far from Sydney around 280 km but it was worth it. Peaceful place. Clean toilets, water available. If you are going from Sydney book for 2 days. John and Jennifer are good.

An absolutely STUNNING place, and can’t recommend it enough.
Our site was a huge, clean, private site, beside a beautiful creek. Lots of great site choices. Plenty of room to set up and communication before stay was clear and made it an easy arrival.
An amazing property to explore, with breathtaking views high above the campground and being a working sheep farm added to the adventure, with lots of ways to get involved.
John and Jen were the perfect hosts, friendly, helpful and made our stay so memorable.
Thank you so much, we all had an awesome time and appreciate what you have created.
We are excited to return for another great stay as soon as we can.
This Hipcamp is AWESOME!!!!

My partner and I loved staying at Redlands camping. We received clear directions to our site from Jennifer, and loved exploring the working farm in our 4wd.
The site was beautiful and secluded, loos and bins super clean.

We had a great stay at Redland Camp. Jen was super friendly and helpful. ShLovely Stay and Great Hoste came by in the morning to check in on us and even helped us move to a closer site when she noticed site 4 was a bit far from the toilet. The place is peaceful and well maintained, and we really appreciated the personal touch and care. Definitely recommend this spot for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

One of the best campsites near sydney. The hosts Jennifer and John make sure the guest settles in comfortably. We had the whole site to ourselves. Even ground and absolutely gorgeous landscapes. Will definitely take the trip back in future.
