100 acres of secluded paradise with a kilometer of free flowing pebbled creek. Bound on two sides by the craggy escarpments of the Budgong and Morton National Parks there is ample grassland to give a feeling of space yet an abundance of trees to wander through as you engage with the tame wildlife and magnificent birdlife. Bring your mountain bike, fishing rod, swimmers, hiking boots, tennis racket, basketball (a hoop on the tennis court) or climbing gear and leave the kids in the play area while you sit by the creek and listen to the water tumbling through the rocks. If you are as intrigued by rare animals as we are, then this is the place for you. 63 Bird species, 24 mammals, 16 reptiles, and 12 amphibians have been sighted in the area (Clarke 2012) and this includes many rare and endangered species including the platypus, brush-tailed rock wallaby, Giant burrowing frog, Gang-gang cockatoo, Glossy black-cockatoo, Koala, Little Lorikeet and the Yellow-bellied glider. We only have three campsites at present, so you will be guaranteed peace, space and privacy. with a minimum of 400m between all sites. Please note, that your group must be self-contained, with their own camp toilet, however fresh drinking water is available. Access is into a valley on a well maintained unsealed road but there are some minor causeways making it unsuitable for busses or long low slung vans. An ordinary sedan will do for Billabong and Dad's camp sites but you will need some power for towing and a 4x4 to tow out in any rain. Riverbend site is only suitable for 4x4's and off-road camp trailers. If you love camping, fishing & kayaking, you'll love it here! Welcome to our 170 acre property with approx 1 km of Deua River frontage. Lovely grassy campsites by the water. Want to throw a line in? The river is tidal and we are located where the freshwater meets the salt making for some interesting fishing, fresh and saltwater fish have been caught here. We offer peaceful dog-friendly camping. There are no amenities so campers must be self- contained and leave no trace. Campfires are permitted when restrictions aren't in place and firewood available to purchase by the wheelbarrow load (see extras). Good access - tents, camp trailers, campervans & caravans all are welcome as long as you have own toilet. Our farm is home to some beef cattle, horses, sheep, dogs, cats, chickens, & pet guinea pigs . We also have an abundance of wildlife including wombats, possums, kangaroos and many native birds & some reptiles.

Full privacy with only one group per secluded site. Spacious level grassy campsites on the Towamba (Kiah) River, a pristine estuary that runs into Twofold Bay. 10 minutes on bitumen south of Eden and close to many of the Sapphire Coast's stunning coastline, National Parks and attractions. Site #1 (near) Boatramp has NO facilities so you must be self-contained. Site #2 Main Site offers a composting toilet. Both sites have access to fresh water and are suitable for caravans as well as tents. We are not and never will be a 'caravan park' - your group will have exclusive use of the campsite. Each are far from each other, both are right near to - or very close to - the river. Our guests love the tranquility and not having to share! Fish the river for flathead or bream and enjoy it for dinner by the campfire. Bring your kayak or SUP or just enjoy a swim in the clear sandy-bottom river. Once your booking request has been confirmed, let us know if you need more specific directions so you can find us easily. Well behaved (spoilt) dogs okay but please no hunting type dogs. Both sites have access to separate taps for fresh drinking water. Firewood can be collected from the property or supplied at a small fee (you can book this when you book your site). Feel free to collect your own kindling - plenty around). Good mobile reception on the Telstra network. PLEASE NOTE: the property is currently listed for sale. We are happy to take forward bookings with this understanding and will contact all booked parties well in advance if we sell. Beautiful Coastal farmland near to Mimosa Rocks National Parks. Easy to access. Close to stunning townships of Bermagui just 15mins north and Tathra 30mins south. Observe an abundance of wildlife - spot an eagle, kangaroo, wallaby, possum, goanna, wombat or whale! Surf or swim any of the amazing beaches or lagoons -Bunga, Hidden Valley, Arraganuu, Bithry, Cuttagee, Camel Rock, Horseshoe Bay or Blue Pool. Walk the dog at Beares beach in Bermagui or Cuttagee beach, 10mins drive north. This is an incredible coastline to explore. Enjoy local fresh produce from Bermagui farmers market in summer on Thursday afternoons; Saturday market at Honorbread courtyard; fresh seafood either catch yourself or purchase from Bermagui Fishermans Wharf. There is a little shed on this patch of land and campers have access to an undercover area off the side of the shed plus half of the inside area of the shed not being used for storage. There is a rainwater tank at the back of the shed. A nice, new compost toilet faces into the bush, we no longer use the one at the back of the shed. To locate when heading south on Tathra -Bermagui Rd , Turn left into Hergenhans Rd which is approx 14km south of Bermagui, then left into Wrens Rd (Goalen N Rd on google maps) , follow Wrens Rd about 800m and you'll see a gateway on your right with Hipcamp sign (Bunga Summit). It is opposite gateway on left with Lot 3 sign. The next gate is padlocked where the shed is. To access Bunga Beach, continue along Wrens Rd through neighbouring properties. The road has recently been resurfaced so is now accessible with 2WD. This is National Park so you can't have dogs here. To access Back Bunga Beach continue along Hergenhans Rd and left onto O'sheas Rd which is also a good accessible road. taking you through neighbouring properties and ending at Mimosa Rocks National Park. This is an amazing walk from the carpark south along the beach to Hidden Valley. For dog walking beaches head to Cuttagee just 10mins north towards Bermagui, or Beares Beach in Bermagui. For injured wildlife or any wombats with mange around the campsite please phone my neighbour Sara as she volunteers for Wildlife Rescue South Coast. Perfect location, loved staying on this property. We enjoyed daily swims in the river, the site was private and well maintained with camping neighbours nowhere near our site. Vallance and his family were so very friendly and hospitable and we will come back many a time in the future. Plenty of morning and afternoon shade at the site and because it's a new site there is a huge amount of firewood for campers to utilise. Nothing negative to say. Dream camping trip over new years, peaceful, with a mega bonfire put on for guests to celebrate the new year. Park and trampoline were perfect for kids.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay, and meeting Vallance was one of the highlights of our trip. He is a genuinely big-hearted man whose hospitality, honesty, and kindness are beyond imagination. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and truly looked after. It is very clear how much hard work, care, and love Vallance puts into maintaining the land and campsites. Everything is thoughtfully prepared, peaceful, and beautifully cared for, which makes the experience even more special. Our kids were incredibly happy, and as a family we felt relaxed, safe, and connected to nature. The conversations, the warmth, and the genuine human connection made this stay unforgettable. I would highly recommend Sue and family's awesome little hideaway. It is a tranquil little haven and perfect for that much needed getaway or even a couple of nights just to reset. It was great being beside the river just relaxing but you could definitely swim ( a little chilly on our stay), kayak would be a great option and definitely fishing. Some nice little bass amongst the snags in the deeper sections. All in all highly recommended and will definitely be back. Thank you to Sue and family for sharing such a pretty little gem..

Stunning property only a short drive from Nowra. Felt lush and secluded with great vistas from the Pecan site. Vallance was super responsive and helpful. Would definitelyyy recommend bringing fly traps and repellant for the demon flies and mozzies in summer. Always lovely having limited reception but a nice feature having the wifi only available at the communal shed in case you need to get an AllTrails map or weather update! Thanks again!
