We run a sheep farm on our property located north east of Dubbo. This is the land of big sky country. The sunrises and sunsets are spectacular here along with starry nights, beside the campfire especially when the full moon arrives. It is nothing short of amazing as you marvel at the sights from the verandah of The Tiny Home or from your campsite. Not far from our property you’ll find the Goonoo CCA Zone 1 National Park. CCA Zone parks are Community Conservation Areas reserved as national parks. The greater Dubbo region offers many activities for tourists, adventure seekers and nature lovers. The Tiny House is fully self-contained with a fold out double bed and a little kitchenette featuring a fridge, microwave, cookware and utensils and a BBQ. The bathroom/laundry are separate. We also offer a campsite for additional family members or friends. You're welcome to go for a swim in the dam which is a short walk away, or take a stroll to the top of the rocky hill to see 360 degree views. Meet the locals (emus) or see the sheep being shorn if your booking coincides at the same time. There is no shade tree's established as yet, which makes the night sky more visible. Pets are by special request only.

We operate a farm in the Mudgee area, and we're about 20 mins from the township of Gulgong where you can pick up supplies. If you're up for a hike or an adventure, we are located close to Goulburn River National Park and Lees Pinch lookout, which has a walking track offering spectacular views across the south and east of the National Park, and is perfect for birdwatching. Enjoy a campfire dinner or simply relax around the crackling campfire in the evenings. There is plenty of timber lying around so help yourself. You need to be a self-contained camper with your own camping toilet/shower, and drinking water. Your pooch is most welcome to join you but must be on a lead at all times as we have a lot of farm animals. You are welcome to take your kids for a close up greet and meet with the animals over the fence. This is a family friendly campsite, please no shooting, dirt-bike riding or 4WDing on the property. We look forward to welcoming you!

Phoenix Flats offers a beautiful camping area with lots of wildlife that love to visit, including Emus, Kangaroos and Wombats. We also have friendly cattle on the property who might wander by for a visit. The property has a number of picturesque dams and walking tracks available to our guests. There are plenty of flat areas for caravan and motorhomes to set up comfortably. Enjoy a campfire in the evenings and gaze up at the star filled sky! Guests are required to be fully self sufficient with their own toilet/shower facilities and must take all waste and rubbish with them on departure. We are also super close to Goulburn River National Park, a beautiful place to explore. Pets are welcome but must be kept on a leash at all times whilst on the property- without exception.

Weekend Trip to Murrungundy South

Lovely stay under the stars. So nice to be able to hook up to power and water as well as use of the adjoining tiny house. The tiny house is a great spot to sit up high on bar stools and watch the sun go down over the land. It’s peaceful, quiet and we loved seeing the sheep and cows. Kim and Wayne are amazing hosts and I’d highly recommend a stay.

We loved our stay at Camping Under The Stars. The campsite was clean, had a great farm feel, and was beautifully simple. Perfect spot for stargazing, and the host was very friendly. Would happily stay again.

Very quite and peaceful. Large flat area for camping and the shower and toilet were modern and clean. We meet Kim and the girls and Kim let us use the cabins facilities. The fire pit was tops.

A wonderful farm to stay at and the amenities are so wonderful, clean and accessible. The ground was a little hard to bash in the pegs but it didn’t stop us from laying out the swag under the stars. Great communication
