2023 HIPCAMP RUNNER-UP FOR BEST CABIN RENTAL IN AUSTRALIA At Hazy Stays we offer a converted shipping container tiny home. We have converted a container into a tiny home overlooking our gardens. Relax and unwind by the outdoor fireplace by night while you enjoy the sunset views over the hills. We are close to shops, restaurants, cafes, beaches, creeks and parks. It is only a short drive to Pottsville town. There is plenty to see and do in the Northern Rivers. Please don’t hesitate to ask if you would like some recommendations. The container has been converted into a tiny liveable space with sustainability and simplicity in mind. Features include a compost toilet, hot shower, toaster, stovetop kettle, fridge, daybed, queen size main bed (linen provided as at an extra cost), small deck with an outdoor kitchen and BBQ area. We also offer a campsite in a nearby grassy paddock. The campsite is a large space with private gate access. It includes a bar and fire pit. There is a compost toilet approximately 100m from the site. You may like to meet our pet goats or if visiting a farm is what you’re into we can recommend some great local farm tours within a 20 minute drive from here. If you’re looking to experience the rural setting with the convenience of beaches and shops being close by then this is the place for you. This is a unique area in Pottsville and we look forward to hosting. YOUR PRIVACY IS A PRIORITY. We keep to ourselves and have designed the tiny home to offer a private space to unwind. It is nothing short of amazing as you marvel at the sights from the verandah of The Tiny Home or from your campsite. Not far from our property you’ll find the Goonoo CCA Zone 1 National Park. CCA Zone parks are Community Conservation Areas reserved as national parks. The greater Dubbo region offers many activities for tourists, adventure seekers and nature lovers. We are the 1st property on a shared driveway but can't hear and rarely see the neighbours. The Tinyhome itself offers a spa bath on the deck, air-conditioning, a firepit area outside with as much firewood as you need, a comfy queen bed, a kitchen with microwave, gas cooktop, Webber BBQ (outside), pots pans, etc, and two bar fridges. The bathroom has instant gas hot water, a shower, and a compost toilet which is emptied after each stay and is simple to use. We have friendly farm animals which includes our 4 mini donkeys that love to say hello to our guests. Cafe 3 3-minute drive down the road, and restaurants 15 to 20 minutes drive away You are away from the hustle and bustle but not too far if you need anything. We are only a phone call away to help as well with anything you need. Located at Aberglasslyn, being on the outskirts of town without streetlights, it feels like you're miles away whereas we're only just over the hill from a shopping centre with a Chemist, Supermarket, Doctor, Vet & Café. A few minutes gets you into Maitland, 30 minutes to the Hunter Valley Vineyards at Lovedale/Pokolbin, 1hr to Newcastle, Nelson Bay and many of the glorious beaches on the east coast. We are within the catchment area for courtesy buses to the local hotels and bowling club. The vineyard concert (Day On The Green, Red Hot Summer etc) buses pickup from one of these hotels. You can access the Hunter River for fishing, swimming or explore the river by kayaking the 11km into Maitland or the 21km downstream from Luskintyre. Pickup/delivery could be arranged with notice. Ride a pushbike along the backroads exploring the area. Following on the bike paths, Walka Waterworks, historical buildings and points of interest in Maitland. It’s an easy 15minute walk down the lane or into the shopping centre. Whilst we welcome your pets, we ask that they are on a leash as there is cattle, sheep, horses, chooks and birdlife around us. There is a central bathroom that doubles as an ensuite with a composting toilet (don't worry, they make them pretty good these days and there is no smell). The well-equipped kitchen (gas stove and electric oven) offers ample bench space and large windows on every wall that immerse you fully in nature and provide breathtaking views everywhere you look. But if you don't fancy cooking, your host can cook up a delicious wholesome meal for you. The living area includes a comfortable sofa and the home features reverse cycle air conditioning for year-round comfort. Outdoors you'll find a huge deck that wraps around one side of the tiny home where you'll be able to enjoy a bath under the stars in full privacy. There is also a BBQ and a firepit. You'll note there is no mention of a TV because there isn't one which means you can fully switch off! We do have books and games to choose from though. The tiny home is located on our 50 acre farm but is completely private from the homestead - you won't be able to see us and we won't be able to see you. You have complete access to wander around the farm, visit the weir or the waterfall or enter the national park which is our next door neighbour for a hike or some bird watching or a swim in one of the many natural pools. We have a long driveway which is unsealed however you won't need a 4WD to get here. The property is located amongst rolling hills which means there are a lot of slopes on the property. It is not suited to anyone not stable on their feet. The dry composting toilet doesn’t flush - apart from that it’s just like a normal toilet! Instructions are provided alongside.

Welcome to Tiny Love Getaways, our Tinyhome is located in the beautiful Colo River Valley on our 35-acre property. Only 90 minutes drive from Sydney CBD we offer a Tinyhome for couples to get away where you can do as little or as much as you like with lots to explore locally. Our Tinyhome is surrounded by the bush nestled in the hill overlooking paddocks and is very much private being 200m from our farmhouse. We are the 1st property on a shared driveway but can't hear and rarely see the neighbours. The Tinyhome itself offers a spa bath on the deck, air-conditioning, a firepit area outside with as much firewood as you need, a comfy queen bed, a kitchen with microwave, gas cooktop, Webber BBQ (outside), pots pans, etc, and two bar fridges. The bathroom has instant gas hot water, a shower, and a compost toilet which is emptied after each stay and is simple to use. We have friendly farm animals which includes our 4 mini donkeys that love to say hello to our guests. Cafe 3 3-minute drive down the road, and restaurants 15 to 20 minutes drive away You are away from the hustle and bustle but not too far if you need anything. We are only a phone call away to help as well with anything you need. We run a sheep farm on our property located north east of Dubbo. This is the land of big sky country. The sunrises and sunsets are spectacular here along with starry nights, beside the campfire especially when the full moon arrives. It is nothing short of amazing as you marvel at the sights from the verandah of The Tiny Home or from your campsite. Not far from our property you’ll find the Goonoo CCA Zone 1 National Park. CCA Zone parks are Community Conservation Areas reserved as national parks. The greater Dubbo region offers many activities for tourists, adventure seekers and nature lovers. The Tiny House is fully self-contained with a fold out double bed and a little kitchenette featuring a fridge, cookware and utensils and a BBQ. The bathroom/laundry are separate. We also offer a campsite for additional family members or friends. You're welcome to go for a swim in the dam which is a short walk away, or take a stroll to the top of the rocky hill to see 360 degree views. Meet the locals (emus) or see the sheep being shorn if your booking coincides at the same time. Pets are by special request only.

Relax and unwind by the outdoor fireplace by night while you enjoy the sunset views over the hills. We are close to shops, restaurants, cafes, beaches, creeks and parks. It is only a short drive to Pottsville town. There is plenty to see and do in the Northern Rivers. Please don’t hesitate to ask if you would like some recommendations. The container has been converted into a tiny liveable space with sustainability and simplicity in mind. Features include a compost toilet, hot shower, toaster, stovetop kettle, fridge, daybed, queen size main bed (linen provided as at an extra cost), small deck with an outdoor kitchen and BBQ area. We also offer a campsite in a nearby grassy paddock. The campsite is a large space with private gate access. It includes a bar and fire pit. There is a compost toilet approximately 100m from the site. You may like to meet our pet goats or if visiting a farm is what you’re into we can recommend some great local farm tours within a 20 minute drive from here. If you’re looking to experience the rural setting with the convenience of beaches and shops being close by then this is the place for you. This is a unique area in Pottsville and we look forward to hosting. YOUR PRIVACY IS A PRIORITY. We keep to ourselves and have designed the tiny home to offer a private space to unwind. The main house is approximately 50m from the tiny home. Curtains, tinted reflective glass doors and the positioning of the tiny home offers privacy for our guests.
