You will be surrounded by wildlife - wallabies, wombats, and echidnas, with a vast array of bird life. Our cows are raised to be super friendly, perfect for children to pat and hand feed. We also have horses that will wander by hoping for an apple or carrot. Walk through native woodland forests, enjoy the views, and if you have a four wheel drive explore down to our fresh water creek deep in the valley. The most accessible camping locations are along the private bitumen road that winds across the hilltops, providing easy access. Other locations can be chosen, that are tucked away in the wilderness. The beach is half an hour away, and you can catch glimpses of the ocean (just) from various places on the farm. The night sky is breathtaking, with no light pollution, and the quiet (other than the wildlife) is serene. We love guests and look forward to hosting you and your family.

Come and enjoy an exclusive bush campsite on the outskirts of the historic village of Wolumla, between Bega and Merimbula on the Far South Coast NSW. The small township of Wolumla is within walking distance and consists of a great pub and a general store. A short drive further you'll find Candelo, which has its own pub and general store as well as a showground and the country markets held the first Sunday of each month. Merimbula is 10 mins away with great cafes and shops and beautiful beaches. Campers will need to be self contained and leave no trace. Campers are welcome to have a contained campfire, either BYO firewood or collect from the ground. There is plenty to see and do in the area including exploring the nearby National Parks including Bournda and Beowa. Surfing,fishing,sup/kayaking,mountain bike riding and bushwalking/hiking all within close proximity. Top of the Lake is totally pet friendly with Lake and wet land views and private Merimbula Lake access via small boat ramp and jetty. Accommodation options consist of fully self contained cabins. 1 bedroom for two, 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom's sleep up to five people. Also large powered and un-powered sites for campers, camp trailers etc. For out campers there is an amenities block with showers, toilets, communal fridge, washing machine and microwave is also included for shared use. Five minute drive to Merimbula, Pambula, and their magnificent beaches. Six minutes from magnificent 24 hour off leash beaches 20 minute drive to Bega, Tathra, Candelo, Eden, with over another 150 beaches within 1/2 hour drive.

Conveniently located off the Princes Hwy, a few minutes from the quiant village of Mogo, just five minutes from the beautiful Broulee Beaches and boat ramp, and less than 10 minutes drive from the township of Moruya, this farmstay provides a convenient and relaxing base to explore this wonderful South Coast region. The farm covers some 600+ acres, mostly untouched bushland. We have over 50 head of cattle, several Clydesdales, a donkey, chooks, peacocks, guinea fowl, rabbits, and more. You are welcome to explore the paddocks and the bushland and meet and greet our animal residents. Dogs are welcome, so long as they're kept under control, and restrained at night. There is a large shared swimming pool guests are welcome to use. Campfires are permitted in the designated fire pits, or you are welcome to bring your own fire pit that is elevated off the ground. Firewood is available to purchase - see extras. We offer two sites for self-contained campers, and for a slightly higher price, one site that allows campers access to the toilet and hot shower facilities. The camping area is a general, level grassed area overlooking the creek, where you can pick the spot that best appeals to you.

Pitch your tent, pull up your van, park your caravan or camper trailer! Come and share our magical slice of paradise here on the pristine Sapphire Coast in a small valley called Nethercote. Our little farm is part of the original Dairy farm of the area circa 1880 Model Farm and we are currently renovating and revegetating the property. We have two spring fed creeks that meet at the front of the property in front with a swimming hole, we are surrounded by National Parks, pristine beaches and the beautiful Nethercote Falls is only 5 minutes up the road. Close to two sweet coastal towns, Eden 7minutes and Pambula 15minutes drive. Lots of bird and insect life along with our little herd of sheep and geese. We are currently developing permaculture systems for our home and garden and part of the system is we have a composting toilet for campers! We love animals and we are happy for you to bring your dog only if it is friendly with other dogs because we have 4 friendly dogs here. As long as you keep your dog on a lead as we have livestock. Please contact us prior to discuss dog situation. We have a fire pit and firewood for sale. The camp sites overlook the creek and we are on a sealed road for easy access.

Julie was available and extremely kind. We arrived very late, yet she still came out to meet us and did her best to help us with a problem we had with our car. She also gave us excellent recommendations for places around the area. We truly appreciated her help and hospitality.

We parked up on the grassy hill and had a fantastic view of hills and valleys. Plenty of room to take the dogs on nice long walk. After expressing interest in some local wildlife we even received a little rough map for sightings on the property. Would definitely stay again if we travel back down to NSW

We had a lovely stay at Julie + David's Wolumla property. The setting was spacious and the views were incredible! We couldn't believe we had the whole site to ourselves. Great facilities, including a drop toilet, camp fire set up, picnic table and access to water. Julie was great on communication and David was very welcoming and gave us a tour around the whole property. An abundance of wildlife and a pristine location! We'll definitely be back again.

The big grassy area was perfect for our family. The lush grass and shade from the willow tree was so picturesque. We used to have a composting toilet so that was quite nostalgic for us. The farm animals were a delight to have around. It was tranquil and a true slice of heaven for us. Would highly recommend if you like the slow quiet life and are eco minded. Shelley was an exceptional host and we would be happy to return ✨

Peaceful property a short distance away from bustling Eden in tourist season. Good distance between sites so you have privacy. Leafy and green so you can emerge in nature. Occasional visit from furry and feathered friends.

We had a great time at Julie's place, she gave clear directions on how to get there and where we could camp. We found a lovely spot just off the road and only had a few cars pass over our 2 night stay We enjoyed hearing all the birds, going for walks and taking in the fantastic views. We had a couple of horses visit us which the kids loved. There was also plenty of space for them to run and ride around without bothering anyone. Julie was friendly and quick to respond to queries.

Wonderful campsite with great facilities. It was semi private with only one other camper which was nice. Area was able to be fenced off so the dog could have a run around too! Love this style of camping compared to caravan parks 😊

Perfect. It was picturesque, calm and secluded. The perfect week, friendly calf, cows and horses which children loved. Beautiful bell bird sounds and bowerbirds, an array of wallabies. Julie was so accomodating and gave us alot of space yet made us feel comfortable reassuring we knew all the best local spots! Thank you so much for having us!

We loved camping here. Perfect for exploring the area and chilling at the same time. It feels more like a rural campsite than a bush camp being a stone’s throw away from the main road. Super friendly and easy going hosts. Respectful owners mindful of our dog’s needs. Enjoyed chatting with both Julie and David. Dunny is exactly that - a dunny! But we didn’t mind. And our pooch loved the place. Stunning views and amazing campfire set up, both for warming up and cooking. So much wood provided, makes the nightly fee very much worth it. Be wary of ticks, we saw several and I got bitten but we were prepared and so wasn’t an issue. A great experience and wonderful hosts!

We had the most beautiful short stay at Julie and Dave’s campsite with our two small children. The property is incredible, so private and peaceful. It was so nice to stay at such a well appointed and maintained site. Our children absolutely adored the animals, and a huge thank you to Dave for so generously showing us around! So much fun! Had an absolutely wonderful, relaxing time. We were a group of 3 families with dogs, had 2 x pop top campers and a caravan and we had no problems with access or setup at all. We stayed 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. The view at the site was lovely and the kids even got to pat some cows that stopped in for a sticky beak at camp on the last morning. Julie the host was very kind and helpful from the moment we booked until we left the site and was very responsive to any questions we had. Only half an hour from Tathra beach and the whale watching which was nice and less than 20 mins from Bega.
