Undeveloped 7 acre bush block. Close to the centre of Kalaru and the lagoon. Minutes drive or cycle to mountain biking tracks and beautiful Tathra. Enjoy the sound of the bell birds. If you're lucky, you might see some native Orchids (usually blossoming around mid-November), or pop down to Tathra to watch whales on their migration or taking a break to feed south of Tathra Head. Please note: - This block is undeveloped, bar a short driveway. There are no services at this block (water, power, sewage, internet, waste collection etc.). It is the responsibility of campers to collect and remove their own waste. Info on the nearest waste facilities will be provided prior to check in. - Ticks are present on this block. Please ensure that campers have appropriate supplies (or are prepared to otherwise seek assistance) to deal with ticks and that pets are protected appropriately. - Snakes may also be present, although we have not personally sighted any. - This block used to be attached to a nearby farm. The land is largely clean, but there are is the odd old bit of barbed wire or drum lying around. Please exercise appropriate caution when walking around the block. - The block is heavily wooded. Bushfire restrictions may impact on the ability to have a camp fire. Permits may also be required. - There are neighbours nearby. Please be considerate and courteous of those around them at all times. Keep noise to acceptable levels, particularly on weekends or in the evenings. - Pets are accepted on the property. Campers are expected to clean up after their pets, ensure noise is kept to a minimum and that their pets are appropriately restrained (i.e. can't get at native wildlife or our neighbours). The property is not sufficiently fenced to contain pets.
