We are upgrading the infrastructure (water, sewer, stormwater and electricity) of the park. Due to capital requirement and for the convenience of existing residents, the upgrade will be undertaken in multiple stages. The road will be concreted after all infrastructure are installed. During the process of upgrading, there will be some trenching and digging. The trench may be not filled property. The swimming pool is not available for maintenance until further notice.

Gabrielle's Retreat

Situated in the Caldera under the shadow of Mount Warning is a small secluded acreage within the bend of a large creek. It is comprised of an open creek flat with views of the mountain and horses grazing that is surrounded by some remnant and some regenerated subtropical rainforest along the creek frontage. There are a couple of small private swimming holes and walking tracks along the creek where you can stop and sit for some quiet contemplation, watch the native birdlife, do some forest bathing, or maybe even spot some local platypus or other native wildlife. We offer 4 separate powered sites, that you are welcome to choose from on arrival based on availability. NOTE: two private power sites are available upon request on arrival , if conditions are favourable . You will need to have two power leads to hook to power though. We have room for large caravans, motorhomes and buses. Please note, one vehicle/caravan per site. If you have multiple vehicles/caravans, you will need to book multiple sites. Weather permitting (no rain) we also have two unpowered sites available in another paddock, closer to the creek. There is no power or water at these sites, and you will need to be self-contained. We also have a gazebo/camp kitchen available to all guests where you can relax and take in the tranquil atmosphere of the property. Running water, power, and BBQ are supplied here. All campers must be self-contained at this time, with their own camp toilet. We have Telstra mobile reception here only.

Enjoy the beautiful facilities and welcoming vibes at the Mullum Showgrounds. The campground offers spacious powered and unpowered campsites. With our refurbished amenities building, you can be assured of a comfortable stay. The Showgrounds hosts the weekly North Byron Farmers Market on Friday mornings where you can easily stroll over to buy farm fresh produce, breakfast and coffee. We are a 1.3km walk away from Mullumbimby town centre with a range of cafes and eatery's, two supermarkets, banks and other services and retail shops. It is about a 15 minute drive to Brunswick Heads with its beautiful river, estuary and beaches, and about 30 minutes to Byron Bay. The Showground hosts a number of events throughout the year. This will help you to decide if our site is a right fit for your needs. The site has an 11% off-level terrain. Assistance aids for levelling your vehicle are available. While tents are welcome, please be aware that the ground is hard gravel and 11% off-level. Most suited to 4WD. Camp trailers, Vans, Camper vans, Roof pop tops, Off-road camp trailers, Expedition trailers, All-terrain vans. Arriving in daylight is highly recommended. If it has rained near the time of your booking, a 4WD is recommended especially if you are towing. Not suitable for caravans unless you are highly proficient in reversing your rig 60m uphill. Reversing and pulling into the site as noted in photos is the best way to utilise the site. Trust us, we know! If you lack confidence in doing so, kindly consider alternative options. The illustrated caravan in the photo is 5 meters. Campers must be fully self-contained with their own camping toilet. Please refrain from arriving and asking where the bathroom facilities are. Domestic power (not 3-phase) and cold town water are provided. Leashed small dogs are permitted; however, pet waste must be promptly removed. Campfires are allowed in the provided fire drum unless there is a local fire ban in place. Bring your own firewood for a cozy evening under the stars.

The property is most suited to 4WD, high clearance vehicles, and off-road campers. Caravans and motorhomes will find it difficult to reach most areas to camp. Children under 12 stay free! Please still add children to the booking (you will not be charged) so we can keep on top of guest numbers. You're welcome to bring your furry four-legged friends along to camp too, but please ensure they do not hassle the livestock.
