The house is clean, in a safe neighborhood, and a quick drive to grocery stores, restaurants, and the national park. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with cookware and even some herbs to use while cooking. The hot tub under the stars was fantastic. I would definitely stay again if I'm back in the area.

most beautiful time here:) it's so relaxing to be so in the elements. note that it's secluded, but not entirely remote (around 10-15 mins inward from the main road), which was actually great for us because 1, we were in a passenger car, and 2, we forgot some key things like firewood etc and it was easy to be back and forth. windy is extremely responsive if you have any questions and makes the whole experience extremely comfortable!!! cannot recommend this place more, only wish i was able to stay for longer.

We had an amazing time camping at Ed’s place near Lake Elsinore! The site was clean, peaceful, and easy to find. The sunset view over the lake was absolutely beautiful, and the stars at night were incredible. Ed was a great host—he gave clear directions and even checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this spot for families or anyone who wants a quiet getaway close to nature.

Real cool setup with camping sites, canvas tents, container rooms & castle tower rooms. Perfect location to explore Joshua Tree. There are lots of plants & lights for a very nice setup. Ryan met us as we arrived & later brought us our pre-ordered firewood & some RO water. We had 2 great nights with a huge full moon lighting the area. There was a photo sent showing where the bathrooms were, but we didn't know where the showers were or how to get more drinking water (aside from asking for it). There was water behind the pagoda, but we weren't sure if we could drink it. We had a good stay and not many people were there as it isn't quite the busy season yet. It felt very secure with the property being fenced in with a coded gate.

The Place is absolutely gorgeous. Very clean and private with great parking spots for non 4X4 vehicles. Port potty was clean. You can park your vehicle on the shore although I wouldn’t advise it for non 4X4 vehicles. The only con I would say is that it’s so close to the street that you can hear the cars go by but it was okay. There is everything you need in 5 minute drive radius, so don’t worry if you forget anything. The host is super friendly and responsive. Definitely coming back again.

Fun spot, close to the road but nicely tucked away and thoughtfully laid out. Some road noise but nothing crazy. Porta potty was clean and the lighted canopy with misters was a nice touch. Loved the private dock. Close to shopping, too. Thanks, Ed!
