Twin Bays Campground
Description
Curt Gowdy is no frills but plenty of views, so channel your inner naturalist and get to work identifying these birds and flowers! Seriously, Curt Gowdy is where wilderness fiends are born, so watch out or you may leave a much bigger tree-hugger than you came. Beautiful glassy waters, steep and formidable granite formations, hills that roll on and on like a summer evening, and birds that look more native to the rainforest than the U.S.? Welcome to Wyoming. Twin Bays is one of many places where you can plop down for the night (or week), and it offers plenty of nearby trails and water to keep the doldrums at bay.
