One of the oldest original homesteads in the area, for nearly 150 years this gem has been in the family. We have shared it with many people over the years and would love to share it with you!
These beloved woods are the remaining part of the once vast, St. Martin homestead-started in the late 1800s. Our family ties and our roots grow very deeply in these woods-we've been born and raised here and continue to strive to be good stewards of these lands.

Welcome and enjoy!An off-grid, custom built, Tiny House, outdoor shower facility, cold plunge and sauna (NEW, add as an extra when booking) perched on a ridge overlooking a beautiful forest with trails, river access and more! Part of WindWoodRivers homestead with all the comfort and amenities you could expect from a comfortable cabin in the woods. Running water, hot water-indoor and outdoor shower (with covered outdoor structure and tent platform/terrace), gas/electric heating, hybrid solar power, full kitchen and refrigerator ensure you have a comfortable stay. There is also now an outdoor cold plunge/bath and beautiful new sauna that are available to enjoy! Three sleeping options also give you flexibility with arranging your eco-retreat in the woods (private bedroom, sleeping loft, or foldout couch). There is an indoor composting toilet without chemicals and water, making it environmentally friendly and odor free. This is a tranquil spot, with incredible views into treetops and an amazing opportunity to get off-grid in comfort. This is a walk-in site, as there is a 300ft walk down a gravel path to get to it…adding to the adventure of staying here!
