Description
This small campground is located deep within the Colville National Forest on the shores of Gillette Lake. 14 non-reservable campsites are spacious and close to facilities, which include drinking water, primitive toilets, bear-proof trash receptacles, a swimming area, dock, and boat launch. Showers are not available, but Gillette Lake doubles as a bathtub, with clean, cold water available year-round. Got some extra time on your hands? Check out Rufus Trail #148 for a swampy hike with good opportunities for wildlife viewing.
