Wayward Pines
We had a great time here, situated on Elizabeth's beautiful homestead property! The campsite is like a wooded cove type spot that's private but also nearby the house so you don't have to go far for water or the outhouse. Loved the chickens running around and waking up to the rooster. We did get sniffed by something in the night even though we were careful about putting all our food in the car, a skunk or raccoon we thought. Great location for exploring northern Vermont, nearby lakes, we also went up to explore into Canada which wasn't that far away. Elizabeth offers firewood and fresh eggs as well. Definitely recommended!

Glamping tent in private field
Second time on Elizabeth’s land. This time in the awesome canvas tent. A great way to camp - and have it be comfortable and easy. Loved the little touches that made it adorable and cozy. The wildlife sounds at night are awesome. Hoooowwwl!!!

So scenic!!!
The view from the yurt is all sky and meadow - so amazing. Prepare to be greeted by not only your gracious host, but also some cheerful chickens and two delightful dogs! The yurt is all the space you need and more. We brought a portable butane grill and cooked on the deck for each meal. Highly recommend this site and we will be back!

Hidden Gem 5 stars!!
Elizabeth’s place was such a gem! Private, peaceful and welcoming. A homestead with chickens, bunnies and two friendly dogs. The space was clean and comfortable. Fire pit and chairs with table. Fresh water, coffee. Elizabeth was kind and welcoming. The house is located off the beaten path with amazing gravel roads for riding. I’ll definitely be back!
