A couple of years ago we started looking for a great location to build a cluster of buildings to serve all of travelers to our area. We found an idyllic place off of the main road with a grove of huge cottonwood trees. It was being used as a pasture as it had been for many decades. We decided we would try to keep that same feel, so we have dedicated a large portion of the property to a meadow type environment with the idea of attracting birds to the area. We have also created a great mural wall with depictions of Monument Valley, Bryce Canyon and Zion. We feel like we have created a great place for travelers to relax after a long day of hiking. Our bunkhouses are beautifully equipped with all the things you need to be comfortable and well rested for your next trek. Begin located in La Verkin you have access to a great neighborhood market, coffee shop and a couple of gas stations.

      9A Perfect place to unwind
      This is the one you’re looking for!
      If you are looking for a great relaxing spot, this is it! You’re 20 minutes from Springdale shuttle to go to Zion. It was super clean, just as advertised, and I was amazed at the hot water lasting as long as it did! Really, this is that good of a place! Dinner options were just down the road, and I felt super safe the entire time. Highly recommend!

      1A It's too hot to sleep in a tent!
      Clean and quiet
      1A provided us with more than we expected. It was super clean and quiet and was equipped with a small kitchenette and great gas grill. We bbq’d both nights of our stay. We loved the king size bed and the room was quite spacious. It was a little far away from Zion national park, but we still recommend a stay here.

      1A It's too hot to sleep in a tent!
      Zion’s Stay!
      Cleanliness was a priority! We really appreciated this -esp. during covid. Everything advertised was there! The housekeeper on site was very helpful as well!! If you have children there were no linens OR blankets for the bunk so bring your own or a sleeping bag.. and a sleeping bag for warmth is needed on the king bed as well.

      Big and clean!
      This place was great; spacious, clean, well equipped with much appreciated coffee. We really enjoyed our stay.

      Nice stay
      Good basic room. Clean and well kept. Friendly staff. Would stay again. Very pretty grounds. Lots of rules to follow but worth it.
