Chapman Campground

A totally sweet spot to set up camp in Allegheny National Forest, Chapman Campground rocks several cool on-site features like an amphitheater, a warming hut, camping cottages and pavilions. A variety of sites are spread out around Chapman Lake, many with easy road access, but you can also book a walk-in site for a more intrepid experience. Besides being near the lake and beach area, the campground is also within close range of a butterfly garden, an environmental learning center, and a whole slew of trails for your biking, hiking or skiing pleasure.
