Roaring River Campground
Description
To river, or not to river… Is that even a question? It shouldn’t be when the nearest source is the Clackamas, which boasts amazing whitewater rafting, endless opportunities to get your fishing game on, and wild wildlife watching--including bald eagle sightings! Riverside Campground is a quaint getaway, with 14 single, non-reservable sites at one heck of a bargain: $18/night. Plus, sites come with a picnic table and campfire ring! Bring your own drinking water when you visit, and if you’re planning a trip outside of May through September, double-check the current conditions for off-season accessibility.

Know that the wildlife enjoy organic almond butter almost as much as you and they will chew thru the lid for a taste.
