Commercial lot turned residential. Was a garden center, now my family lives here with our dog and chickens. The property is 2.5 acres and is waterfront.Learn more about this land: This is a site I use for my motorhome on my property but I’m not always using it, so it’s available. It’s pretty basic, just on the side of my yard. We are located in downtown hatteras and walking distance to everything. 30 amp electric with city water.( No septic. No cable tv.)

Hatteras Village on the Soundside
So much better than the campground
This is a really amazing spot to explore Hatteras and the surrounding Islands. Near Frisco Beach and the Ocracoke Ferry. This site is much better than the campgrounds that seem to have a mosquito problem. Ryan's site did not. We had a wonderful experience here!

Hatteras Hideaway
Our new favorite Hipcamp!
5 out of 5 stars! Ryan is a great owner who communicates well. There was extensive flooding in Hatteras and on his property from Idalia who had just blown through, but Ryan helped us find a spot that worked and we still took advantage of the full hook ups. Walking distance to great restaurants, seafood markets and coffee shops. Short drive to beach parking with plenty of spaces.

Hatteras Village on the Soundside
Site was within walking distance of stores, restaurants and attractions. Beach was a short drive and parking was never a problem. Worth the trip just to see the sunsets!

Lovely location

Great location! Walk to the market, a great bakery and the beach! Our first trip to the area, we will definitely be back to this wonderful area.
