Jordan Lake State Recreation Area

Time at the lake is always time well spent, and really the more time the better! At the Jordan Lake State Recreation Area campgrounds you can stay a while at your choice of fully equipped RV sites, tent sites, or easy, walk-in sites in the woods. However you choose to rough-it (or not,) the real draw here is the beautiful lake surrounded by the rolling hills and forests just waiting to be swam, fished, skied, or floated. While you’re there keep your eyes peeled for the resident Bald Eagles that soar over the lake in search of prey. Yep, that happens here too!
