1.25 acres hosted by Joanna E.
**IMPORTANT NOTICE**
There is local construction wrapping up on the water tower and some of the construction equipment is being stored on the backside of our property. During the workday (typically 7:30am-6pm) there's 3-5 employee cars. It can be a bit noisy depending on what type of work they're doing that day, so please keep this in mind as you book your stay on our property! We have instructed them not to interact with our guests, so as to not further impact your stay. We expect construction to be done by the end of the summer, but will update this notice as we hear more information.

With the house being over 100 years old, I suspect the trees sprawled out on the land have many stories to tell. Here you'll find abundant wildlife: bunnies, groundhogs, deer, fox, as well as loads of birds, bees and butterflies.
Learn more about this land:
Hey there! We have just over an acre of mostly grass with massive trees here and there! There are a couple flowering trees in the spring and lots of plants/ wildlife to explore around the edges. At night you might catch a glimpse of our famously local fox & deer families! They are pretty good at minding their own business, but please keep all food and belongings secure. Other than that, our plants and feeders attract a variety of birds, butterflies, & bumble bees! When you book a stay with us, you are our only guest, as we only allow one booking at a time here. Besides our land, we are conveniently located(short drive/ walking distance) near many kinds of restaurants, grocery stores, and attractions! One of the coolest things close to us is Grounds for Sculpture, we highly recommend checking it out for a weekend as there's so much to see you couldn't possibly see it all in one day there! It's less than 2miles away (6 min drive, 13 min bike ride, or a 48 min walk!)We have a fire pit, kindling & wood available! The trees drop plenty of kindling, so if you feel like getting the real camping experience, you're welcome to gather your own as well!
Our Garden:
Currently have tomatoes, 3 types of basil, rosemary, chamomile, sage, cilantro, borage, berries & parsley growing! Happy to share!
