This property abuts public land on the base of mount sentinel at the opening to Pattee Canyon, a lovely gateway to endless recreation. Pattee Creek runs through the neighborhood and our property is a pass through for the deer to go from the wilderness to the water.  Learn more about this land: Magical 2 acre lot with home in a quiet neighborhood near downtown Missoula. Located right on the edge of the wild, lots of animal traffic and hiking up Mount Sentinel from the back door. We have a friendly dog and a young child and plenty of space to share. We love to get out and travel and be a part of helping others do so! Basic hose and 15 amp plug in and only for self contained rigs

Easy to access - and right at the base of the mountain. Super quiet for a good nights sleep. Water and electricity available. Great stop for an overnight is Missoula

Neighborhood site on Mount Sentinel
Host was very very friendly, informative and responsive. She had a very positive vibe, and this was our first stay/use so we appreciated that.. The site is located with access to a trail system and also very close to town without feeling like your in town. We parked a 16 foot travel trailer with out issues, spot is perfect for van campers, pop ups and small sized trailers. I will say I would rather return to this site for a weekend in Missoula stay in my trailer vs. staying in a hotel.

Great location with beautiful views, quiet, while still being close to town. Property is up against the open space. As you can see in the site’s picture.
