May Creek Campground
Description
May Creek Campground is in a dense stand of lodgepole pine, providing great shade and privacy for campers. The campground is near Stevenson and May Creeks, where fishing is popular, so you can catch your dinner! Take a day trip to Big Hole National Battlefield, the site of a large battle between the Nez Perce tribe and US troops in 1877. There are also hiking trails nearby, so get out there and explore the rugged backcountry.
