Davis Bayou Campground
Description
Resting east of downtown Ocean Springs, Davis Bayou Campground lays claim as part of the Gulf Islands National Seashore. Camp is nestled among live oaks and pine trees and is adjacent to a saltwater marsh. Most sites offer partial shade at some point during the day and are great if you’re into migrant bird watching. Try hiking the David Bayou Trail, which carries you through a coastal forest and over two bayous. You’ll have an opportunity to spot gators and other radical reptiles.

We camped here for 10 days. We loved it!! Great location, friendly staff. Town is not far away but still secluded.
