Blackwater River Campground
Description
Nestled beneath longleaf pines, the 30 campsites at Karick Lake South are close to all the action, with the Juniper Lake hiking trail leading right out of the campground to the Blackwater River. Campsites come with electricity, water, picnic tables, grills, and a fire ring; the dump station is located at the main entrance of the park. Each site can accommodate either a tent or RV—as long as it’s less than 45 feet long.
