The Lookout is an amazing piece of property with elevations and expansive south facing views of Clear Lake, Rainier, Olympics, and the foothills of the Cascades. The site is perfect for sunsets, a launch pad to activities in Skagit Valley, and most importantly several private mountain bike flow trails (intermediate and experts only at this time). More trails coming soon!

Zack's Hipcamp offers a camping experience that combines breathtaking views with a sense of privacy and peace. Campers frequently praise the spacious and clean sites, noting the added security of a locking gate at the entrance. While some visitors mention occasional road noise, it doesn't detract from the stunning scenery and stargazing. Mountain biking enthusiasts will appreciate the nearby trails, adding an adventurous twist to the tranquil setting.
The site was exceptionally clean and level. The view of the lake and biking trails were amazing. My 22ft travel trailer fit perfectly in the site and left plenty of room for all guests and our bike.
There was plenty of room between sites. Our dog was able to explore our area and have a great time.
I love the new site named Bob Ross! I stayed there for one night and the weather was perfect for an amazing view. As with all other sites it is very private setting. Zack, the host is prompt with response and I really like that most sites are Instant Bookings. I have one more site left to tryout on his property but I know I will continue to go back.
This Hipcamp is in a beautiful location with well designed campsites. They are all very private with great views of the lake. Zack was great at communication. I will stay here again for sure.
This is my 4th trip to Zack’s Hip Camp.
The views are amazing! The sites I have camped in are very clean and spacious. I like having the locking gate at the entrance so there are no random drive byes.
The switch backs are easy to manage in my truck. The sites have good privacy. The total sites currently are 4, and I can’t wait to check them all out.
I highly recommend Zack’s camp.
Loved everything about the stay! Will definitely be back.
