Camping at the vineyard
Host was Awsome, very knowledgeable / passionate about his wine and the land he owns. We bought a few bottles to take with us. The site was perfect, we saw the milky-way at night and the morning sunrise was beautiful. Very quite at night!

Vineyard Camp site
We had a great time camping at Renato's vineyard! The canyon setting is serine and quiet. The location is great for folks going to the amphitheater or up the mountain. The road into Palisades is a bit of a shlep, but that's kind of the point! As much space as you would need, the sites are all very generously sized, and have plenty of room to orient yourselves whichever direction suites your fancy. We stayed at site #1 which is the closest to the road that along the canyon floor, tho very few vehicles pass by making it a non-issue. What really makes this hipcamp shine is the hospitality of your host Renato. This passion for the land and wine is truly infectious. Do yourself a favor and do a wine tasting and learn more about the work he has put into the land!

Vineyard Camp site
Delightful and eclectic mix of camping in a field in the middle of a wide canyon with helpful features including power, water, picnic tables and out house and an elegant private wine tasting provided by such an enthusiastic vintner. Thank you Renato! It’s definitely worth the drive into this beautiful canyon and easy access to The Gorge Amphitheater.

Fantastic location and experience
This site was stunning, as was the drive in and indeed the whole valley. Great facilities, plenty of space, and Renato was incredibly accommodating and fun to talk to. Will absolutely be back!

Vineyard Camp site 2
Camping under the stars
Second time at Renatos place. Still amazing just like the first time we came. Renato came and greeted us and welcomed us back again. We did a sunset wine tasting. We got to taste Andrea riseling & 2018 Cab highly recommend. Thank you for making the trip memorable for us. First night the stars were out and so beautiful. We went into the canyon & went swimming in the valley. Truly appreciate it. Wonderful trip

Great spot for camping after a show at The Gorge! Renato is a welcoming host and the land was a quiet respite surrounded by beautiful cliffs. Would stay again!
