30 acres of land with private camping ground. Water if needed. Private entrance for campers away from our boarding facility. Open land and woods surrounding. Beautiful serene property. Lots of room to set a campfire or play yard games. We have a maintenance crew on farm that is able to help with any repairs needed to vehicles, trailers and RVs. Can quote jobs if needed while on your stay. Please come in off Smith Rd entrance not Sand Rd entrance.Site 1 is on a hill back off the road nearing the small Forrest on our property. There is a creek down a hill on the backside. Water is run to area but otherwise just open land backing trees. Water spigot is at the gate. One works and one doesn't so please check both. Please come in on Smith Rd entrance. 30 acres with creek and trees for shade. Beautiful daisy covered hills. Please do not cross over bridge onto other side of property. It is a private horse property with security system. Smith Rd property is solely for hipcamp currently. This is not fancy with any amenities. Just land with trees and a creek. Not a state park with the full set ups. There are no set sites so just pick a spot wherever you like on the property.

Camping with Two Dogs
Loved that I could have my dogs off leash and throw a ball only half way across the field! It was just as described :) would do it again!

Site 1
It’s a nice place with a spot to fill up water jugs. It’s an easy drive back to town, 20 minutes or so. I’d stay there again. No outhouse though so bring a wag bag or rv toilet.

Site 1
It is a beautiful stop that is as the base of the north cascades. It is very private and easy. Not a lot of amenities but the price reflects that.

5th wheel traileron Horse Farm side
Do Not Book The 5th Wheel
The amenities that were listed on the site were not met. When previously asked what the trailer connections were for the trailer I was informed they were 15amp connections, but in fact a 110 outlet. The 110 greatly impacted this trip as the outlets were not working in the trailer. Furthermore the microwave was not operational and the fans were not functional. Above all, the AC was not functional. If I would have had this knowledge, I would have stayed somewhere else. It was 86 degrees outside and with two kids, this caused us to not be able to stay at the site due to being uncomfortable and ultimately unsafe for the kids. In addition to the previously stated, there was no trash can in the trailer and a bag hung on the door was our solution, there was dog hair covering the sheets on the beds which is unsanitary conditions and when we were given a comforter to cover the bed from the dog hair, the blanket was damp. There were items in the freezer from a previous user that were not cleaned out, little dish ware only plates, no bowls so the couple red plastic cups were utilized, among many other things. For me and my family these accommodations were found to be unsatisfactory. The site was not prepared/ready for our stay and caused us to leave early, finding other arrangements. I would not recommend someone staying in the fifth wheel on this property until issues are mitigated. When notified of these concerns, host did not acknowledge or respond to concerns which is a red flag.

Rv and trailer sites.
Location overall is ok. It's a working equine ranch with some other animals on site. If you have a larger trailer/5th wheel, be sure to get the main entrance from them. They have a small field they put campers and small trailers on which is where I first stopped and determined it wasn't sufficient (do not drive large vehicles down the paved single lane driveway). The main farm location which is accessed through a larger gravel driveway down the road further is the only location that will accommodate larger trailers.
