We are open and above the floodwaters! Easily accessible from Rt 89 and Rt 4. Our Pick Your Own Blueberry fields open in July. Clay Hill Corners is a 10 acre working Blueberry Farm. We have PYO Blueberries and a farm stand open from mid July to August. We sell organically grown blueberries and produce locally. Learn more about this land: Our private Sugar Shack is at the end of our blueberry fields and faces the forest. The Sugar Shack sleeps two in a comfy double bed with clean sheets and a fleece blanket. I wash the linens and blanket in hot water for each and every booking. Please bring your own extra blankets or sleeping bag if the weather is cold. An additional clean quilt with duvet cover can be added for a $ 10 per booking fee. There is a small porch, a charcoal grill, four chairs, a hammock, a fire ring, fire wood, clean potable cold water, a solar shower, and an outhouse. We provide the firewood for the fire ring and we provide charcoal and lighter fluid for the charcoal grill. There is space available next to Sugar Shack in the field for additional tents or small RVs. (There is no electricity.) The upcharge for additional campers after the first two people is $5 per person per night. Hiking trails through field and forest start at your door. We have a 3 mile round trip hike to Harlow Brook with a map. We are on the edge of a wildlife corridor and often see deer, coyotes, fox, waterfowl, songbirds and the occasional bear. (Keep food in your car at night so that the bear does not eat it!) We are above the Ottauquechee River at North Hartland Lake. We have rentable canoes and a kayak. We can transport you to and pick you up for a canoe trip on the Connecticut River or to North Hartland Lake.. We are located two miles from Quechee, 7 miles from historic Woodstock to the west, and 7 miles to hip White River Junction to the east and 8 1/2 miles to Dartmouth College and the Appalachian Trail. There are fun casual restaurants with some sit down and take-out nearby and our local Jakes Market can provide you with a nice selection of groceries. Hot Air Balloon pilots often take off and land in our fields and it is always a magical site. We can connect you with local pilots if you wish to purchase a Balloon Adventure. Our private Sugar Shack is at the end of our blueberry fields and facing the forest. I had a wonderful stay on Carol and Marty's land. Their thoughtful set-up had everything I needed, including plenty of firewood, a great picnic table, comfortable hammock, a cooler of drinking water, among other things. The weather was warm enough to sleep outside under the moon and trees so I did not use the Sugar Shack, but the bed looked comfy, and I enjoyed waking up to the beautiful view. Marty gave me excellent directions to a great swimming hole about a mile off the property, and recommended some local hikes as well. I couldn't have asked for a better visit and would love to return!

Sweet get-away
Lovely stay. Carol & Marty greeted us and were very kind. Glamping in that the shack kept us feeling outdoors-y but with a comfy bed and under a roof. We had great weather- were able to enjoy walking a trail, playing horse shoes and sitting in front of a gorgeous view at a spot on the property where we saw a bald eagle- and we picked a pint of late-season blueberries! Outhouse was handy and a make-shift solar shower gave us a quick rinse off.
