Wow! This place was heaven after a long day of hiking in the heat. The grounds are very well maintained, the facilities were super clean and the people were very nice.

54) Water & Electricity Back-In 45'
This was our very first camping trip in our new travel trailer and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay! The park was easy to find, easy maneuvering in and out, and absolutely incredible views. We were in spot #54, which backed up against wildlands and giant red rock…so beautiful. I will say the spots are a bit tight where we were. Our fire pit was really close to the trailer, but there are roomier spots at the park. Everyone working there was warm and welcoming. They offered to help when our drain backed up (tank was full 🤦🏽‍♀️) and walked us thru what we needed to do…we didn’t even have a sewer hose. Fortunately the RV park store had hoses, and the pump out was easy enough to figure out. Overall, loved it here! Great amenities if you want/need them.

M1) Full Hook-Up, Back-In 70'
Our stay atThousand Lake Camp in M1 campsite was absolutely amazing! The view was breathtaking, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Despite our late arrival, they were so understanding and accommodating, making our experience stress-free. We also loved the store on-site—such wonderful unique pieces! The entire area was serene and just perfect for a relaxing getaway. We can’t wait to come back!

I would stay here again
The staff was friendly and accommodating. Campground was manicured and neatly kept. It was a pretty setting and very close to the Capitol Reef entrance and visitor center.
