Make memories on our Family farm offering a “room with a view”. Experience a glamping tent that overlooks a 8 acre fully stocked lake (catch and release only) Recharge, re-energize your mind, body and spirit in this tranquil, private setting. Watch the wildlife including deer, hogs, geese, ducks and an occasional Bald Eagle. The sunsets are truly magnificent, stars are bright (no city lights). Fire pit is provided (wood available for purchase or bring your own) Kitchen has bbq grill and Blackstone grill (we provide the propane and cooking utensils. Things to consider: 1)Tent has a vanity and sink for hand washing and teeth brushing 2)fishing is catch and release only 3)bathroom is a clean Porta Potty, 4)shower is a communal private outdoor 5)Firepit can be communal if more than one site is booked 6)Farm animals make noise (roosters crowing, goats bleat, cows moo and coyotes howl. 7) Buy our Almost local famous Dill Pickles. Made with farm grown Armenian cucumbers. A real hit with our hipcampers. 8) Buy some farm fresh eggs. Our free range chickens work hard for our hip campers.

Glamp like a Champ

Best camping trip ever

A perfect blend of privacy and assistance. They were so friendly and helpful but not overbearing. We asked and he taught us how to prepare the fishing poles. Fishing was so fun because we ALL caught something. Sitting around the camp fire was great! The tent was spectacular. Even the animals were nice. Best camping experience ever.

Farm Oasis. Love!

This was a magical place to regroup as a family. The view of the water felt so peaceful. Petting the cows & goats were a huge bonus. Jeffrey went above and beyond to be sure we were well taken care of. Even got to meet his beautiful granddaughter. The tent was very clean and beautifully decorated. Lots of spots to hang out - they did a perfect job of making it as relaxing as could be. Would highly recommend and would love to come back!

Loved it!

I loved Jeffrey's Glamp Like a Champ spot. It was an experience from beginning until the end. Jeffrey greeted us at the gate with a smile and open arms. He showed us the way to the CUTEST safari tent. Every detail was thought of. Order the charcuterie. Do it! You will not be dissapointed. After hiking at Lake Towokani we had dinner under the stars, Made on the Blackstone grill. After that a quick rinse in the outdoor shower. Heavenly in the brisk air of fall. Then cozy up by the fire on the hanging chairs with a glass of wine. All you have to do is supply the wine. Wood is already at the site. We even got to feed one of the sweetest largest goats I've ever seen. Stinkey billy but worth it. See bunnies, birds, cows , cranes, turtles. Hear the coyotes howl!! We had such a nice time! Be as fancy or not at the Glamp spot. dissapointed.after a long day hiking

This glamping spot is amazing and one of the best spots we’ve ever stayed at. Jeff was such a polite and hospitable host. He’s literally thought of everything you could possibly need to camp more than comfortably and I absolutely loved the fall/Halloween decor it was such a cute touch. Jeff and his sweet family member gave us homemade pickles and they were super fresh and delicious! There’s a beautiful area right outside to fish along with a little nice dock and we caught two nice sized bass and had a blast. We brought our two small pups and were very grateful to have such a large area for them to be able to roam around and try to act all tough in front of the goats and cows on property lol. They will definitely be having great dreams tonight and loved their stay as well it’s always better getting to travel with your dogs. Seriously, this place has everything you need, the views are stunning, and the bed was some of the best sleep I have had in a long time. Can’t forget to include the outside kitchen area that we cooked all of our meals on both the grill and we used the black stone which I highly recommend making a pizza and breakfast foods on. We plan to bring our friends next time. :)

Tent spot 1

Nature sounds, stars, & pickles!

Gorgeous spot! If you appreciate the sounds of nature, and actually seeings stars at night… 100% recommend. We got to hang out with the goats at sunrise, and just enjoy a beautiful, quiet, private space. Not to mention the pickles were out of this world so you can say look forward to coming back!

Magnificent View

This camp was magnificent. Jeffery has thought of everything you might need during the stay. The view in the evening was absolutely beautiful with the pond, cows, and evening sky. I loved my stay!
