From carrots, beets, cabbages, and greens in the colder months to tomatoes, peppers, and okra in the heat, we cultivate what flourishes best within our environment. Choose from multiple camping spots amidst our picturesque landscape—whether nestled within a serene pecan grove or positioned close to our soil cultivation sites, offering an insider's view of our farming practices. This active farm doubles as an event space, with both our farmer and chef residing and working onsite, readily available to assist guests. The property is home to chickens, ducks, two amiable farm dogs, and a cat. For your convenience, we provide professionally cleaned port-o-potties and access to fresh water from our well or the city supply. As a token of appreciation, we extend a 20% discount to our Hipcamp guests at our partnered restaurant. Additionally, Store House Market & Eatery, located within a mile from the farm, welcomes guests for dinner Wednesday through Saturday from 5 pm to 10 pm, along with brunch Wednesday through Sunday from 10am - 3pm. Visit our farm stand on Wednesdays from 4 pm to 7 pm and Saturdays from 9 am to 1 pm to discover the bounty of fresh produce straight from our fields. **please note that port o pots are seasonal & sometime unavailable**

Urban Farm on Main Street

Sonya welcomed me on to her property when I arrived and showed me around. The area was just as described and it was fun to see chickens and other critters on the property. Don't forget earplugs because the trains going by in the middle of the night were pretty loud. I also ate at her restaurant down the street and the food and service were excellent. Highly recommend!!

Camping in the small city

My best friend and I loved the location, we were quite surprised by the proximity and friendliness of downtown Bastrop. If you're looking for a out of the city feel with some of the urban pleasantries, this is the right choice! Just keep in mind, there is a train that passed through on our night here, but we enjoyed the sounds.

Quaint Farmstead Getaway

We had a lovely time at Eden! The hosts were wonderful, the farm was beautiful & the location was in perfect proximity to downtown Bastrop and the Colorado River. Our favorite part was the fire pit accompanied by the peaceful sound of crickets chirping and chickens clucking - the simple life, a peaceful life. We can’t wait to return and learn more about starting our own little farmstead!

What a beautiful farm... in the heart of town but we felt immersed in nature. Even got to see a couple deer pass through late at night. Had a great time and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking to explore Bastrop.
