Pleasure bowl
Benjamin was a good host. Land is quiet and close to Johnson City where I had meetings to attend on Saturday. Was able to setup camp on Friday, attend meetings on Saturday and return back to a quiet, peaceful location for the rest of our stay. Much more relaxing and cheaper than a hotel. Would recommend if you're looking for close proximity to nearby cities/towns and would stay there again.

Pleasure bowl
I believe that we were the first campers to stay at the pleasure bowl! The land was beautiful, Benjamin was accommodating and good at communicating. It was certainly as rustic as the listing made it appear- which I enjoyed!
A couple things to note: it was a bit of an adventure getting back to the location. You need to be prepared to drive through fields and with the dewy grass each morning my friend’s 2wd car was slipping in some spots. The field has been bush hogged, but there are several spots with sharp nubs still if you are tent camping take care where you set up your tent. There are ALOT of ticks- again, it’s a field so be prepared with the proper clothing! Benjamin did dig out a fire pit for us and also generously brought down some fire wood for us, so that was a nice surprise. Overall I was happy with our stay, just be ready for a rustic adventure!
