Positives: Unique beautiful property full of birds, deer and nice trails meandering through thick woods, many level spots to choose from, and kind & friendly hostess.
Challenges: Both trash cans and toilets were full, and nearby rail yard was noisy through the night.

Camping here was really nice and peaceful and a great place if you have a dog. He can roam free with no worries. Morning and evenings you hear rooster cackling and watch deer wander about! I would come back!

The sitting area was overgrown; there were random chairs, a broken hammock, and growth in the fire pit (unsafe).
Listened to a train idling all night plus 3 passing trains and 3 city sirens.
Couldn't even see the castle which was the major selling point.
Overall would not recommend.

Beautiful place in a perfect location. Living in a quiet secluded park. While at the same time in the middle of Aberdeen.
